really irritated. after an already stressful and unpleasant birthday i just wanted something to eat on the way home. three kids in the car including a screaming baby so i decided pizza was our only resort at this point. quick and easy. got the pizzas. ordered 4 bottles of pop and didn’t get any of them. called the store, explained i needed a refund for what i didn’t get and the person who answered said “i don’t know what to do im just a delivery guy”. ok so why are you answering the phone? he couldn’t help me but could “leave a note”. okay for who? that’s stealing. i didn’t receive my product i paid for and do not live close enough to this location to go in and resolve the matter. i was just passing through. no call, nothing. where was the manager? at this point i want the entire order refunded because this his horrible customer service and hospitality. my husband runs a restaurant and this would never be allowed. don’t order from here it doesnt seem they know what they’re doing

I ordered the Chicken Alfredo pasta tonight and when I got home and opened the box, it was just laying on parchment paper. Not in the container they normally cook it in. The pasta all around the edges were dried out and hard, the middle wasn’t very creamy at all. I’ve gotten this before several other times and it’s always been in an aluminum round container that they cook it in and really good. VERY disappointed!!

Welcome back to Indianola! Our first time ordering since Domino’s has opened their new location here. We did the online order app and it worked so smoothly. Great offers that we took advantage of the one we liked best. 5 topping large pizza for 9.99! That’s one heck
of an offer. Saved us over 10.00 from regular price. We opted for car-side delivery. We parked and before we could even turn off the van, the employee was headed to us with a piping hot, very fresh pizza! We let it sit for a few moments to cool just a bit and then dug in. Really good and the crust was cooked all of the way through!! A big home run to us. The toppings were plentiful and went to the crust edge. So good! A+ for our first order from Indianola, Iowa’s new Domino’s! Sorry I didn’t get a before photo, and I’m a Parmesan cheese addict, so cover mine, but here’s one picture I did get.

This place is a joke. They don’t even deserve 1 star. After over a hour I called to check status of my order and it wasn’t even started!! Then I was hung up on when I asked why I wasn’t called to let me know the order was taking longer then it should. I suggest never ordering from here and just shut the place down.

TEN STARS IF I COULD!!! I ordered online, fulling intending to order a pan and a stuffed crust pizza. When I picked up my order, they were both hand tossed. Totally my error. I went back in to see how fast I could get a stuffed crust pizza and was told 15 min. No big I’ll just get it next time. He then says how about 10? Deal. I’ll pay when I come back in, but was told not to worry about it!! Amazing service and really friendly staff. You guys are amazing. Thanks for making my night!!!

Guess I won’t be ordering pizza from you guys. You guys too afraid to hire responsible enough employees to handle money. Never had a problem getting changed before. But I guess now they’re not allowed to carry no more than twenty dollars in change on them. Has to be lazy and fear of management. Two more bad complaints. Proof of laziness. Paying for delivery and even stating to remind them to not make delivery guy collect money. What happened, you guessed it. Was double charged. Made my babysitter pay for delivery second time. Then today November 1st. Everything was actually right but the pizza guys arms are tired or there trying to cut these with a rolling pin. If you don’t like or want to do your job if not to the fullest of your potential or at least to a paying standard then let someone have the job that will.

Extremely satisfied! We’ve ordered nearly a dozen times since the store opened and have NEVER been disappointed. Whether pickup or delivery, the food is always hot, fresh and delicious. The Handmade Pan is the house favorite and very reminiscent of the old school Pan Pizzas we all remember from the other Pizza place. Quick and easy ordering on the website or app with fully customizable options and a number of deals and coupons from which to choose. Keep up the great work at the Indianola location!!

Always fast and I really appreciate them being open late on weekends and delivering to my place of employment. Us overnight workers appreciate it. And I’m editing this. Larry C M that drives the orange truck, who is a driver for this store, made a review about himself I see. He is the one who is always flying up my street and is very rude. The only downfall that I see to this location.

We ordered pizzas for pick up and it took over 2 hours when it said online it would take 45 minutes. The manager apologized and said she added two free pizzas to our account. We went to use them two weeks later and they were not there. We called and they said there was nothing they could do because it was too long ago. We will not be returning.
