We came in monday. I was not going to leave a review but now i must. let me start by saying the service we got was a little chaotic. We walked in and we greated. We placed our ordered. the ladies working we working hard. They were very unorganized. The girls working mixed up our sandwiches we someone else’s while making it. which was no big deal at first. We ordered 3 sandwiches the #8, #12, #17.
the number 12’s meat had absolutely no flavor. it was like the meat had been soaked in water all day. the number 17 was luke warm. they made it super fast wasn’t even on the grill very long. the biggest issue and this isn’t the first time. we had a long blonde hair in half of the number #8. this is the second time we have found a hair in our food from jersey Mike’s. this is why we stopped going to the one on the south hill and starting driving to the north side location. This will be the last time. we go.

It’s people like Caydence and Gracie that give me faith in the next generation. Here is two girls, both in college, both working multiple jobs – I come in 5min before closing and the place is SPOTLESS clean (so I know they just cleaned) yet they greeted me like I was the first customer of the day. From there they proceeded to make literally the greatest Jersey Mike’s Sub I’ve ever seen, while being unbelievable hospitable and social.
I genuinely hope JerseyMikes understand how lucky they are to have you guys representing their brand. I will forever be a loyal customer ONLY because of awesome gals like Caydence and Gracie. Thanks for taking pride in every little detail even when no one is looking, that one trait will serve you better than anything else in life

I pick up their sandwiches every week. Order by APP. Riley there especially makes quality, consistent sandwiches. Every time I stop by, everyone smiles. It makes me feel like I’m an important customer. Some negative comments I saw stated tasteless, I strongly disagree on that. I wanted to ask them, “ well, have you tried “ Mike’s way “? Don’t change so much how you are liking. They are not Subways. They know how to make a perfect sandwich. Division store, great customer service, great smiles, great food. Thank you Riley I love how you make our sandwiches and thank you everyone who makes customers feel welcome.

The amount of meat on the sandwich is now about half what it used to be. So disappointed in the horrible integrity of these companies. Employees are good, no one read this and blame them for your abysmal management.

First time ordering from this location and won’t again. The amount of meat on this sandwich is a joke. And delivery was supposed to be at 11:30 for my lunch break; it was 20 minutes early, if I hadn’t have been able to go on break early I would’ve been eating a cold cheesesteak.

First, I am thrilled that this location had gluten free. We will eat at Jersey Mike’s because it is one of the few places to offer a gluten free sub. There were five staff members and I had to repeat my order multiple times. They still struggled to get it correct. Masks can make it difficult, but they did repeat my order back to me only to have a different technician build the sub. The next technician had ask again for each sandwich.

AMAZING! Every time in Spokane I come here. The foods always great and the customer service has always been pleasant. I eat gluten free and they take so much precautions to make sure there’s no cross contamination. The gluten free bread is super good too!!!!! I always get the Turkey and provolone!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The sandwich bread was overcooked, when I called about this issue the employee said “my manager said the bread was made today”, when I spoke to the manager she scoffed at me several times. And at the close of the call I got a “thanks for telling me how to do my job”. Sincerely the worst customer service I’ve received in the past 20 years. Terrible sandwich, terrible customer service. Zero stars, do not spend your money here.

Good sandwiches but I think is a little bit pricey. It’s running from $6-$15 per sandwich that you can make it from home. I just don’t see anything so special or unique to their sandwiches. So this is why I’m rating this a 3 stars.
