Drove up to drive through and it’s dark. Waited 5 minutes and guy finally comes on to say hold I’ll be right with you. I ask if he can please turn on the menu lights. He said the lights weren’t working. I said okay. Been waiting for 15 minutes and still haven’t taken my order. Everytime I come here there is a problem with something. The fries never have any seasoning on them so I always go ask for more seasoning and what they gave me barely covered the bottom of a plastic container. So after 20 minutes of waiting at the speaker, we pulled off and left without even giving our order. There was 1 person in line ahead of us. I attached the container of the seasoning they gave me at the last visit.

Pretty disappointed in my service on Saturday night 8/9. The girls working evening shift were horrible. Sorry attitude, talks about their customers, curse under their breath and just downright rude. As a business owner I wouldn’t personally want this working for me, and as someone interested in moving to the area this left a sour taste in my mouth. But food was overall decent but for “cook to order” at 8:45 at night because they “close in a hour” it was not at all what you’d expect pretty disappointing all the way around.

Ordered 4 Zach Snacks. Everything was hot and good. Ordered ranch instead of Zach sauce and didn’t get it though. Happens i guess. Food was good and hot though. Fries needed some seasoning but like I said. Happens. Would give them another shot.

Ordered a Kickin Chicken meal and order of the Cheese Curds. Not only did I have to pull up and park and wait for my food, which happens even if you are the only one in the drive through. They only do this to improve their drive through score, so they don’t look bad. They claim the General Manger makes them do this. They were too lazy to even bother to try and toast the bread on my sandwich. They just took 2 slices of bread and through chicken on it. Plus there was very little sauce. Also the Cheese Curds had exactly 8 little pieces in the box, not worth the $5 they charge for them. Food quality is non-existent at this location. I ordered it as large combo and as always, they never give you the extra fries that they charge for. This was my last visit to this location. Very poorly ran store. Food was pretty good. Server was super nice. Took a bit to get but not out the way where it was out of range for fresh prepared food. Seemed pretty clean restaurant..one table needs fixing and someone had put ash tray or cig in trash so you could smell a bit each time it opened but that’s really not on the restaurant. Zaxbys is a little pricey for the amount of food but its getting like that at a lot of places. 5small boneless wings and 3 decent size tenders with a little bit of fries and small drink is close to $14. Would definitely consider this a place to eat at around here..but just not as often.

The menu doesn’t match prices they ring up. When I questioned it they said oh those are wrong. Then said of course the signature club is more as if I was the one who had the prices wrong. Next when I got my food I paid for club and it didn’t have the cheese or bacon I paid for. I had to ask and then they gave me cheese bacon in a separate box. Sandwich was good fries were undercooked. Very disappointed.

Placed an order, and the app said when it be ready; got a text the order was completed within the time quoted.
Showed up to the place and I see 7 employees hanging out, and I’m told they’re closed (it’s like 4pm) and they “never received my order”.
The app and my credit card says otherwise.

We arrived at drive thru at 9:39pm and waited to order. Someone then comes across speaker at 9:48 and said they are closed. I asked to speak with the manager, bc the hours say they close at 10:00pm. She asked me to pull around to window and told me that she has high school kids working, even though it’s summer?! Then she said college kids and I told her that shouldn’t matter if the closing hour says 10:00pm. This is the second time we tried to order drive thru at 9:30ish and this has happened. This store definitely needs new management and someone who cares to do a good job. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry before and you serve until closing time.

Food was expensive and not worth it. Of course the milkshake machine wasn’t working as usual and they had no salads. Drive thru employee was useless when I had questions.
