Being from New York it’s hard to have pizza anywhere else but this place caught my eye. We had a wonderful melon salad that was very well balanced and was like nothing I’ve ever tasted before. The pizza was pretty good, but what gave it life was a spicy oil that they give you on the side. Really brings things to life!

Lovely cozy atmosphere. Our server Samantha had a great vibe. Drinks were excellent, and the pizzas are awesome. Roman-style pizzas can be hard to come by and so its refreshing to be able to get on.
For me, this place and Yeah Yeahs are the best pizzas in the city, though both totally different.
Should be a top choice for a nicer casual dinner out. Definitely recommend reserving as its super busy.

We came for the second time yesterday! We ordered the first pizza on the menu. The taste was good, but both my husband and I experienced different symptoms of diarrhea afterward… I almost had to go to the hospital! Suddenly I had severe abdominal pain, palpitations, dizziness, and nausea! I was vomiting while having diarrhea! I still haven’t recovered and can’t eat anything, and my husband was still having diarrhea the next day… I’m not sure if it was caused by the pizza’s side ingredient, the pickled mushrooms… it was a terrible experience.

Voted the best pizza across Canada and now I know why! The pie crust to perfection and they even have vegan pizza. Enjoyable atmosphere with great vibes, also a great chef with a sous chef that bring a smile to the patrons. Vegan or not you have to try this place in your life time.

From start to finish, this meal was something I will remember for a long time. For an appetizer, go with the meatballs and Schiacchiata to soak up the marinara. For pizza I went with the Sauvage and the balance of ingredients was incredible. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was friendly and made sure I was taken care of. I can’t wait to return.

Everything about our experience was fantastic. We were thankful to have made a reservation in advance as they were sadly turning people away at the door due to how busy it was. Both of our pizzas were fresh and tasty, and the drinks were equally satisfying. It tasted like I was on a European vacation, sipping my drink, and eating pizza on a terrace (but without the second hand smoke). The food choices at the adjoining tables looked just as amazing and I’m sure there’s not a single bad choice on the entire menu. Consider us future regulars

The Kale Ceasar salad had stale croutons and a bitter sour taste. Possibly the worst I’ve ever tasted.
The service was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the drinks. I changed this to 4 stars because they refused to let us pay for anything because we couldn’t eat the pizza and didn’t enjoy the salad. They were extremely apologetic. I just wish they had mentioned this on their website, menu and made their wait staff aware.
If I didn’t have an allergy to Poppy seeds I would definitely come back.

We visited Lou Pécou Pizzeria twice to give it a fair chance. On our first visit, we ordered the Sauvage, Lou Campagna, and Margherita pizzas. On our second, we tried the Authentica, Fanny, Salade Sylvestre, and Caesar.
Overall, everything was well prepared and decent, but the flavors didn’t quite live up to the hype for us. One thing we did appreciate was that the pizzas are light and not overly heavy. That said, if your expectation is to experience exceptional, powerful flavors, you may leave feeling a little let down.
To be clear, the food isn’t bad — it simply didn’t meet the expectations we had built up based on other reviews.
