My brother and I ordered $1000+ in seafood boil for a family event and it never got prepared. The owner continued to assure me that the food would be ready soon, it never arrived and they have been elusive each time I try and contact them after. I cannot believe I was scammed out of over $1000 by the owner of this restaurant. Absolutely do not support this criminal business.

My girls came into the city today and we were very excited to try their seafood boil. The man at the front was extremely rude and clearly annoyed that we took a bit of time figuring out what we wanted. He was also the same way with other customers tonight as more walked in. Portions were extremely small at first we thought it was a joke. It wasn’t. We got the boil for $115 and that didn’t even fill 2 people.

Honestly, this was the worst seafood i have ever eaten in my entire life. It had a very sour/ vinegar taste and everything seemed extremely soft, bitter and old. This place is very overpriced and the quality of the food was horrible . This was my first and last experience at this half-fast restaurant.

My first experience ever with this location, five years ago, was great. So good that I’ve been wanting to return. My most recent return was horrible. The place looked dirty. Our waiter was eating while serving us, and really didn’t give us any attention. We paid $5 for a small tray of fries (probably comparable to a happy meal size fries). Cups looked dusty. But most importantly, sauce tasted not as good and seafood tasted overcooked. It also looks like they got stingy with sauce, which affected flavor. I’m never returning.

So great…strange but great. Important safety tip: I had the fresh scallops with MEDIUM sauce. My dish was ONE drop from being so hot, it would have been inedible. That is EXACTLY the way I like it. But I cannot imagine how hot the “hot” option is…. I would eat here every day, if I could. Server was fantastic.

There was a wait which couldn’t necessarily be helped due to limited seating. It did feel a little bit like you were being rushed out so they could turn the table over. The food was delicious, I definitely recommend the combo 4 with the house sauce. Another thing that really bothered me was that we only got 2 scissors for a table of 6. Aside from those things I thought it was great.

Enjoyed delicious seafood, (King crab legs, first visit) (second visit, I choosed the headless shrimp) both really good. liked the medium spiced level. Choosed the garlic sauce. Great choice, my brother likes the combos. Check out their menu. Price includes 18% added tip.
Must say my king crab legs, 1#. was actually cheaper than what I paid in Alaska (Real close to where they go out to trap them) . found out after two visits they don’t serve diet sodas. So drink water or bring your own powdered lemonade lol.. over all I liked this place.

Ordered 1 cluster of crab legs, 1egg, 1 Potatoe & 1 corn I arrived 30 minutes to pick up my order only to learn that there was NO customers. I was told I had to wait 10 minutes for my order.

I use to order from them a lot until introduced to Red Juicy Crab. Let me tell you…. RED JUICY CRAB is WAY BETTER & so is their customer service.
My food had NO FLAVOR…. Crab legs STUNK & half soft….. 25.35 WASTED‼️
I had to STOP myself from driving back to their establishment & laying this bag right at their front door…….

Everything was good except when it came time to pay. This business clearly takes card payments, but the server said he put the payment through as cash in the computer and was unable to take a card payment. The server stated he is unable to change it in the computer because no manager was available and was not able to call manager due to manager was sleeping. I do not carry $67 in cash. I asked since he was unable to void the current check due to computer restrictions if he could make a new one as a card payment and have the manager void the other one tomorrow and was told he is unable. I was told I could walk down the road to another business with an ATM or I could pay the server with Zelle. Fortunately I was with other people and was able to come up with enough cash to pay the bill. Also the table edge was very sticky and your arm and shirt would stick to it. This could be a nice business but it just seems like it needs some new management.
