Overall bad experience. Walked in to buy a smoothie walked out with a bottled juice. Had to use bathroom emergency, was told by young lady I had to buy something first. Bought a bottled juice instead it was faster. Juice was very watery and warm. Will not be coming back.

Really horrible customer service. Walked in and zero greeting from the young girl at the counter. There were no other customers so it wasn’t as if she was busy. This made me feel very unwelcome. Upon approaching the counter she still said nothing. No “How can I help you or do you have any questions?” I then realized this was the dreaded Gen Z stare. I have my order. She made my order. The only two words she said the entire time was when she said the name of my smoothie once it was ready. I would never go back here. Granted it was only 1 experience, but either the employees are poorly trained or ownership is okay with horrible customer service. The smoothie was fine though.

Location is great. Waiting area had relaxing chairs and technology stations. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the product being prepared or sold in their store. Everything was what you would expect fresh, health and flavorful. I had the pure green smoothie it was amazing ☺️ it contained kale, spinach, mango, banana, pineapple, coconut water… definitely will go back.

Smoothies and bowls are great, customer service is too. However, on their website and order ahead page it lists toast. I tried ordering toast at 2 different times; first time was told they ran out, second time was told they do not carry the item, both times they offered a smoothie in replacement but didn’t need or want another one. If they do not have or carry items it should not be listed at all let alone in 2 separate locations on their site.

Staff members were ready with recommendations & were super knowledgeable about the products they use! The Skinny Coco was a great choice for our kids, not over the top sweet! Everything is made in-house, I loved the “wake me up shot” a really fun combination of tangy lemon & spicy cayenne/ginger !

Good smoothies don’t make up for bad customer service. I’ve been here a few times and each time there has been zero effort by staff to even say “hello or how may I help you?”. They just stared at me while I said hello and ordered, not even after I received my drink did they say anything. I’ve tried to let it slide in the past but its happened too many times now to ignore it.
