The quality of the pizza was unsurpassed. But beyond that, so is their service. My daughter was in the Redmond Christmas parade 2025. Her float crew met up at Otto’s Landing afterwards, so I parked right near there. When I got back to my car after the parade it wouldn’t open, no matter what I did. The fob had died. My wallet was in the car, and my daughter’s jacket. I was going to have to call someone for help and it would be awhile, but in the meantime, we were hungry. Pizza sounded good so I went to Blackstone’s window and asked if they could take Venmo, as I did have my phone. They said yes and asked what I wanted and also asked why I needed to pay with Venmo. I briefly explained and gave them my order and my Venmo QR. Without hesitation (and certainly without me asking for it) I was told, “you are going through it right now and we have you covered, here is your order beeper. It’s on us.” One of the kindest things that happened to me in 2025. Thank you, Blackstone Pizza!

Don’t listen to any bad review, Ive traveled the country, ate more than hundreds of different restaurants, fast food, and food carts pizza and chicken strips, this deserves more than a 5 star. Any bad reviews is a simple mistake that any person can make. Call them and I’m sure they would do their best to correct, although I cant say with certainty since there was no problems with my order.
The pizza, from pepperoni that I added jalapeños to, their Hawaiian pizza, their bbq pizza on gluten free crust, was absolutely amazing. The customer service was perfect. All around theirs not a thing that could be improved, amazing job Blackstone! My Wife placed this order through door dash for reference.
☆☆☆☆ update, I just reheated the pizza in the oven for myself and wife in the oven, and my grandmother wanted it in the microwave. All 3 of us absolutely loved it before and as a left over!!! My Wife has celiacs disease, and is very sensitive about it, and this was the first time she woke up with no issues after eating gluten free pizza the night before!
I highly recommend Blackstone pizza for pizza lovers and for people with celiacs or just wanting gluten free pizza!

Called in order last Friday! I believe it was a gal named Mia… her customer service was amazing. The order was done fast, within 15 minutes and we surprisingly received a text to let us know it was done. We have gone several times and just wanted to give a shout out for always being so fast and friendly!

Decided to randomly try this place. The lady who helped us was very kind, quick, and helpful. The atmosphere is family friendly but is also somewhat of a bar scene. Lots of tvs to watch football which is awesome. The food was presented well. The mozzarella sticks were greasy but not bad. We liked it more than the pizza. The pizza crust was a little burnt but not terrible. The taste is what we hated. We couldn’t stomach eating our pizza. It had way too much garlic and tasted frozen. My wife and I left there hungry unfortunately because we tossed the pizza but ate out mozzarella sticks. Hopefully they change the ingredients because this is the only pizza I’ve thrown away in my entire life. Otherwise our experience would’ve been awesome.

Paid and ordered for an extra large pizza. The girl who took order did not tell me that they don’t make large or extra large pizza. She just said yes. Went to pick up pizza and she handed me no bigger than a medium. Pizza was good but small. Just should of at least said how big the pizza was.

Come here for pizza, NOT salad. Waited 25 min and paid $15 for tomatoes, cucumbers, a pile of Parmesan and some still partially frozen chicken. Needless to say, really disappointed.

I don’t think I have had a better Greek salad anywhere in my life!!! The margarita pizza was really good, loved the crust, and the cheesecake came with plenty of caramel dipping sauce!! Wish I would’ve taken pictures- next time!

This pizza is great! Some gourmet pizza places skimp on the toppings but these guys don’t. I got a simple roasted garlic and herb gluten free pizza and it was loaded. My friend got the bbq chicken and it looked great, loaded with toppings as well. A lot of people say it’s expensive but it’s normally priced for the quality and convenience of a good food truck. I’ve paid more for less at others. They made a mistake on my pizza but they graciously made it right and it came out quickly the second time. Great ingredients, nice people. I will go there again.
