For being famous for hot dogs, the hot dogs don’t like up to the hype. Very clearly warmed after being frozen (which is fine) but the buns are ice cold. The fries were essentially raw. The service was trash. He gave me the wrong order then argued until I showed him my receipt. Will not be coming back.

Attempted to place an order at 6:55pm and was informed that the grills had been closed and they were no longer serving food despite the website stating a closing time of 8:00pm. Completely understand stopping food orders 30 minutes in advance of closing, but 65 minutes, little more than unreasonable. Very disappointing!

They utilize a poorly functioning app to take orders. But more disturbing is the tone and personality of the staff, specifically Lacey. She was rude and disrespectful just downright deplorable. I understand a bad day but this was and is unacceptable.

This place needs to be shut down immediately. They are giving Rochester’s prized staples a bad name. I got the garbage plate and it was terrible. I’m not sure what meat it was but it wasn’t real burger. The original has 2 cheeseburgers but this only has one. The hot sauce was nowhere near the original. The fries were undercooked and luke warm at best. The burger was luke warm, the cheese wouldn’t even melt on it. Steer clear from here. If you are not from Rochester then please do not judge our food by eating this terrible imposter.

The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because of the employees. I was not impressed at all with the White Dog and Spicy(not spicy at all) meat sauce. Maybe it’s just a taste variation thing. But I didn’t care for it. But the ladies working the register and making the hotdogs were super nice and explained everything to me. I wish I could remember their names. But one was even in a hotdogs costume and really doing their best to make sure the customers were happy and felt welcomed. Both of these ladies were doing a wonderful job and really seemed to be happy to meet everyone coming in.
