Pasquale’s Pizza in Humboldt, Iowa is a local favorite, serving up delicious pizza for lunch and dinner. Enjoy their pizzas made with fresh, hand-tossed dough with a secret family pizza sauce for a truly authentic taste. A true Humboldt institution, Pasquale’s is a must-try for both residents and visitors alike. Brothers Mario and Pasquale opened one of Iowa’s first pizzerias in Fort Dodge in 1959. What to call it? The brothers flipped a coin to see whose name should be on the sign. Looks like Pasquale won. The restaurant took off and the locals took to calling the brothers Marvin and Pat. Eventually Marvin became the sole owner and moved the pizzeria to Humboldt, Iowa, where it still operates successfully.

I still wholeheartedly recommend that you give them a try, however!
The restaurant is probably best known for their pizzas; however, they do serve other foods such as salads, sandwiches, and pastas.
I ordered the Pasquale’s Special pizza, 10 inch size. I had no problems eating the entire thing, but I had also just finished a 20 mile bike ride. Every bite was delicious.
We also appreciate the amazing food and service. Our waitress was friendly and patient as she took and delivered 16 drink orders. The pizza was outstanding. I had both the Taco and the Special. They were thin and crispy. Loaded with toppings, perfect crusts. Just outstanding pizza which I highly recommend.
