They state they are open until 3 PM. Have gone here a couple of times at 2:15 or 220 like today and they refuse to make food. Expect to eat what has been sitting there for hours and when there is minimal category in a pan they refuse to make a full dinner Dinner for you.

This place is at the Navy Commissary. They have fast service, good selection at lunch time, and the food is hot and you get a big portion. I usually get the Teriyaki chicken.

Convenient location for this Panda Express. Decent fast food (kids love it). A couple of draw backs for customers though. 1. It closes early at 3pm. I’m assuming due to COVID and peak hrs they’re not staffed throughout the day. 2. They have a very limited selection of food. You’re not going to find the newer selections, mostly the favorites (orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, etc).

Service was mediocre and so was the food.
I didn’t even get what I came for. When I told the lady I wanted the honey sesame chicken, she said they were out of it (the section where it was supposed was spotless. No sign of it even being there.) Would rather have had her tell me they were too lazy to make more despite being 3 hours from closing time.
I decided to get the beef and broccoli with chow mein. Got 3 pieces of beef with lots of broccoli. Chow mein was 80% veggies and 20% noodles. Really shows how much these people care about what they’re serving. Please hire new people. These people give Panda Express and this location’s management a bad name.

This location is open to the public even though it’s located between the NEX and Commissary. Friendly staff, very clean environment. Probably due to covid, very limited seating. They also have a limited food selection, just your most popular dishes like chow mei, fried rice, orange chicken and a few more, it’s just a smaller Panda Express.

If you’ve been to a Panda Express before, you basically can expect a similar (if not identical) experience at this one. I used to work at the commissary next door so I ate here a lot (too much). I would often gorge myself on copious amounts of orange chicken and chow mein and then return to my post with a heavy and impenetrable food coma that rendered me next to useless for the next few hours. I shouldn’t blame Panda Express for this… I just… couldn’t stop myself.

Me and my wife got there an hour before it closed and all the food looked terrible. They were out of a lot of items, we asked if they were making fresh food and they said no because they already shut everything down and they are cleaning it. I could understand an half hour but not an hour

I’m very disappointed that they don’t participate with any delivery service and their hours are only 10-3. However, the food is very good and the cost is reasonable.

Food always gone by 1330 they supposed to open till 3 this is a sham hard working navy can’t even get food after 1300
And if your lucky enough to catch some food you get really small portions and are charged extra for 3 pcs of steak meat just awful
