We were the only ones there. Top notch service and the food was awesome.

Food is good and serving sizes are slightly larger than most restaurants. Plenty of variety on the menu. Service was quick and easy, and wait staff was smiling and friendly. Interior esthetics is a bit dated, but that shouldn’t stop anyone from giving it a try. I always stop in for lunch when I am in town.

We tried Prater’s Taters in Parsons for lunch today! Wow, oh wow! Delicious! The biggest potatoes I’ve ever seen! So many different choices, too! They offer sandwiches and soups if you don’t want a Tater! We tried the BBQ Tater and the Cheeseburger Special Tater. Very tasty!!

They have 22 different Baked Taters, 7 different sandwiches, a variety of wraps, flatbreads, salads, soups, and a kid’s Menu. Simple but cute decor. They have a very impressive potato head collection and they have a wall decorated in unique potato facts.
They have become a sweet family tradition when we visit.

My first time eating here and I was NOT disappointed!! The strawberry salad was so fresh and sooooo good! High quality lettuce, not like a lot of places that use questionable cuts of romaine or iceberg.

Awesome spud…actually two spuds put together…topped with roast beef, caramelized onions, mushrooms, cheddar cheese and sour cream. Au Jus on the side for dipping. Can you say delicious?

we ordered 2 roastbeef and cheddar. 1 with carmalized onion 1 without. niether had onions and for $12 per potato i would have expected more toppings not fewer. almost no cheese or sourcream and the roast was a fairly small portion

There’s an endless variety of spuds here, and they are delicious! I got the chili cheese spud, and it was phenomemal! The serving size was huge, like 4 medium potatoes put together. The service was great too!
