About us Mazzios Italian Eatery
It was 1961. Alan Shepard was the USA’s first man in space. Dion’s “Runaround Sue” topped the music charts. Volkswagen’s funny little car invaded America in droves. And a young school teacher opened a small, one-man pizza restaurant in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which was to be the birthplace of the growing, dynamic Mazzio’s LLC of today.
That original restaurant—named The Pizza Parlor—delighted many Tulsans with the very first pizza they ever ate. The school teacher was Ken Selby, who ran his new business virtually alone and after a full day of teaching.
Family-friendly chain featuring pizzas, pastas, salads & subs, with a weekday lunch buffet.

The service was awful, staff unorganized and no clue what each other were doing. we had to wait almost 45 minutes for our order and when we got it it was cold. Only one other table to serve when we came in! Half of the crew where rude and only 2 really working. Needless to say we not be back. The Salad bar was filthy, poorly stocked and when they brought salad stuff out to restock, staff was sidetracked and restock remained setting in tubs on a cart for more than 30 minutes. Not worth the $70 spent!!!

The pizza and salad bar was fabulous. I had a variety of pies to choose from, and I piled as many toppings for salad that would fit onto my plate. I easily found a table to enjoy my meal, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Sidenote: When working in any restaurant please do not wipe nose with work gloves on.

Stopped in on a Saturday morning for a large pizza and a large cheesesticks. Really awful pizza. Flat, greasy pizza. Can tell by the taste and the amount of oil that pools everywhere that they’re using the cheapest ingredients.
But the worst part was my cheesesticks were made on a cinnamon dessert base. Disgusting. I called to complain about their mistake. The lady offered to make me a new cheesesticks, but I’m already 30 min away. I’m not wasting another hour+ of my time. I asked for a refund for the cheesesticks and was told no. Pretty horrible customer service, but considering the poor quality of the food I’m not surprised.
Save yourself money and cook a frozen pizza at home. It will be infinitely better.

Dry pizza; bad service; servers cleaning areas with cleaning sprays while we were still seated, and sprayed cleaning solution in salad bar. The employees appear to not know anything about menu or items.

We came in 20 minutes before closing on a Sunday night and we were served quickly. The staff was very friendly and the food was great! The guys in the back rolled out new pizza dough for a mini pizza instead of asking us to order something different.

I love the Ken’s pizza. The salad bar is good as well, when it is fresh. Some days the salad bar does not look good.
Prices when dining in are way too high.

I ordered one large pizza and a cinnamon pizza. When my husband went to pick it up, they told him I called back and added a calzone. When I called to let them know I didn’t order that, I could hear the girl telling the others that I did order call back and added that to my order and it was from my number. I told them I could easily prove that that was not the truth. I then set on hold and finally a girl came on and ask if my problem was resolved. By this time we were already on a way back down there. The girl said, “we should have added that to someone else’s order”. When we got down there, not an apology and in fact one of the girls was just making a face. I ask for the manager who did apologize but the worker who accused me of calling back and then lied to me by saying it was my number didn’t even apologize. My husband noticed when I turned around the girls in the back were making faces at me and he called them out. Yes we got our money back for what we didn’t order but the manager taught her employees nothing!!! We will not go back to this place!

no buffet on saturday but thats no prohlem. i got a sanswich, which was wonderful! very well prepared and tasted great. only complaint is the size. very small sandwich. i could have easily ate three of those. for 15 bucks, i was expecting more. i left hungry and went somewhere else to actually eat lunch. this sandwich was just a teazer for a real meal.
price and portion size. good if your not really hungry. of you are, better order something different or dine elsewhere.
