My daughter & I love to come inside & enjoy our coffee dates, I get my coffee, made right everytime & if it’s not they gladly remake it & little lady gets tasty munchkins!

Went here for breakfast and ordered an avocado toast, I was given this. There away barely any toast at all! The staff themselves where friendly, but I paid for a full toast, not a quarter of one, don’t know why they thought this would be acceptable.

Well it took the young lady 4x to figure out my order it was just the one item . Carmel frozen coffee. Was delicious. Would go back if I was in the area. Went around 8:30am-9am was kinda busy. The young lady was very sweet though.

I absolutely love this Dunkin location, it’s the best in Huntsville. The people that work there are very kind and always work to make sure your drink is correct. I really appreciate the manager making sure my drink was correct today. They are also always very clean.

I ordered delivery from this Dunkin location and my drink arrived completely unsealed. There was no sticker, seal, or protective covering on the area where you drink from. That is a serious food safety concern, especially for delivery orders where the item passes through multiple hands. For customer safety and trust, all drinks and food should be properly sealed. Very disappointing experience.

The girl running the drive through lane this morning (Monday at 9:45) needs to learn basic customer service and manners. Simply using polite words and proactive phrases such as “the other half of your order will be out shortly” would go a long way. Also, the hash brown bowl was 1/3 full and no fork was included in the bag. Am I supposed to drink it?? Not worth $5. Only reason for the 2nd star is because the donuts were good and the food was hot.

Me and my husband ordered a few food items, most were good…BUT my bagel had barely any cream cheese, like maybe a teaspoon or two worth. It was pretty disappointing when we got down the road and noticed it.
The one girl taking orders was really friendly and nice, but the lady doing drive thru wouldn’t even acknowledge us when we tried to ask for ketchup, straight up ignored my husband.

Apparently no one at this dunkin knows how to make their menu’s drinks anymore. I ordered the iced cocoa mocha signature latte which I have gotten from this location many times before. But today they seemed so confused, asking me if I want cream and sugar in it?? I said it comes with cream and sugar it’s the signature latte how it comes. They hand me out a plain latte with no flavoring or whipped cream or straw so I sent it back and they give me back the same drink with just whipped cream added.

I visited this location today to get a little work done while enjoying my Nutty Pumpkin iced coffee. Unfortunately, my app had not updated my current location and my order was sent to another location. Madelyn at this location was quick to help and soooo extremely considerate in her actions.
