Honestly. Never going back here. Messed up our order. Tried to call no answer. They charged us for a bowl and a cup of soup and I said I only wanted a cup. Forgot our fries. Had to drive all the way back to talk to somebody. Requested to get a refund on what we didn’t order and they took the bowl back and dumped it out and were very petty about it. Terrible customer service for the second time. Will not be returning.

The wait wasn’t long, the food was good, place was clean and the staff were friendly. I would say it’s on the smaller side compared to the westnedge one but I love that there is an indoor playground for the kids.

Came to this location once or dining time and ones for morning breakfast. Both times my food was given to the mobile line and had to wait again for my food to be prepared. No apologies from the staff for any remedies as with coupons or anything giving to me for their mistake. I would avoid this location like avoiding covid. They have not figured out anything yet lines are way too long people are waiting way too long for the food if they even get it correctly done

The thing is, with Chik Fil-A you generally expect a good experience as they have separated themselves from other chains. They do seem to have great following as I have never seen one that wasn’t active. One of the reasons I chose Gull Road is because my son came home and wouldn’t stop talking about it so it was something I wanted to try. As I am not one to take time to review too many establishments, I just felt I had to in this case. My first thought was “dang” the kid was right! I immediately felt welcomed; kind of like they missed me. While the place was super busy, I had my food way before I expected it. I happen to love the Spicy Chicken sandwich so I went with that and it was just like the ones you see in commercials; fries were perfect. You may think this is crazy, but I have never tried their sauce. I will never go to another one without enjoying that again. Last thing, right when I got to the bottom of my Coke Zero, an attendant appears and asks if I would like a refill; say what?! Of course the place was clean as it was recently opened. I highly recommend you give this store a try; my guess is you will 5 star it too.

I have been multiple times since grand opening and every time has been spot on! Extremely clean restaurant, very quick food (they beat me to my table with my food), great customer service, and they have a playground!! Finally a great indoor play spot for kids on Gull Road! We love GR Chick-fil-A in Kalamazoo.

Stopped in to check out the new CFA and loved to see the kids play area inside. Super clean and a great design. My kids loved it and it made my life easier. Friendly staff and great experience. Yum yum and more yum!! Grilled chicken nuggets with honey mustard sauce waffle fries – fresh and hot! We went on opening day and there were so many COWS!! Yes!! Free food if you dressed like a cow !! What a fun idea! A play place for the kiddos is a bonus!! Super busy but wait wasn’t an issue!! Professional, pleasant and friendly staff!! Super clean! Bathrooms were clean too!! It was a great visit!!
