Fries wilted, a little warm,you could tell theyd been out for a bit. Asked for extra lettuce/tomato on chicken sandwich but got a few pieces of shredded iceberg? Instead of pieces of romaine, and a very thin piece chicken . Drove across the street to chic file and got an actual chicken sandwich

Horrible attitude from the drive thru staff. I went through 1/9 and we had asked for 2 frostys. 1 was an Oreo brownie and the other we requested to be plain vanilla and Oreo. When we were given the frostys we reminded them we had asked for plain vanilla and Oreo and the lady who handed them over said no they’re the same. We didn’t fight it. We were looking in the bags for spoons and we couldn’t find them so we asked the short hair girl for spoons and she said they were in the bags. We said we couldn’t find them and she said she promises they’re in there. And we said we still couldn’t find them and when I asked for a couple extra spoons she said and I quote “no it’s not a big deal sweetie.” Not only are you getting the order wrong you’re being rude and not even giving spoons?

Don’t go here. I was there 10-7-25. I was ordering food and the 1 employee drops something on the floor which I think was a phone earbud. He picks it up and didn’t wash his hands and makes my food. I asked for a refund that is not sanitary. The manager wanted to get me a speech about they been so busy but not recognizing there is no excuse for 1 not to wash their hands after picking something up from the floor. The manager is a problem. If she thinks its fine not wash hands after dropping something on the floor maybe she think it’s fine to takeout the trash and not wash your hands.

Was good .. but as someone who has worked fast food, I can tell they need to clean the thing you dump the fries into after they are cooked for salting and packaging. If there is to much salt left behind, and then you add more salt, and you repeat this for days on end … You’ll end up with overly salty fries. To much salt ruins them.
They aren’t always this way, but this time they were.
Otherwise we enjoy this location on the occasion we do go.

This place is nasty inside! We stopped there on Saturday. There were only 3 customers and a slow drive-through. There wasn’t a single person at the counter.
Then we heard one employee tell another someone needed to go up front there’s a customer. Then, I heard them debating who would go up there. Prior to that, they were all just standing in back talking and doing nothing.
Meanwhile, I snapped some photos of how nasty and disorganized the dining area and bathroom were. This place needs new management major! Not to mention a visit from the Health Department.

Absolutely deplorable management! The blonde manager lady is disgustingly rude and unapologetic. I was given and paid for a 6 pc nugget. And what came out was 6pc’s of popcorn chicken. And they never gave me a receipt. So the lady gave me a refund for a 4pc after I asked her what this was. She looked at them and thought it was a 4pc and refused to give me a 6pc to replace! She refunded me for a 4 count! Unbelievable!!

We enjoy Wendy’s but this locations fries are always trash. I appreciate pulling up to the stop sign to wait on a fresh burger but fries always taste hours old. How hard is it to throw down some fresh fries while cooking the burgers?

Staff just does not care here. It is obvious none of the employees I dealt with wanted to be there and I did not feel welcome at all. My burger had beef patties that had very obviously been cooked long ago and been sitting for a while before being put on my burger. My “frosty fusion” was basically vanilla ice cream with very little topping at all. Disappointed.

Terrible experience! Went through drive thru and when they made my order wrong they got mad at me. Then, Didn’t want to give me a refund even after I gave the food back. I finally got my refund. Never again. I will be contacting corporate for sure.
