This little girl had the audacity to catch an attitude with me after I had arrived there on two different occasions asking for my DoorDash order and she told me that it wasn’t there. Then after the third time I arrived, I walk in & she looks me up and down with an attitude for absolutely no reason as she is picking at her teeth with a paper towel. I said you know that is a health code violation. This little girl was really picking her teeth with a paper towel and answering the phone with no gloves on and tried to give me a cup to make my own drink. This is absolutely disgusting and I will be moving forward with a complaint. When I mentioned this to the staff that was around her, watching her pick her teeth, they looked at me like I was crazy.

Wingstop never disappoints, but this visit was extra great thanks to Pajcic. The food was hot, fresh, and perfectly sauced, and the service was top-tier. Pajcic was friendly, fast, and made sure everything in my order was right before handing it to me. You can tell they actually care about the customers, and that makes a big difference.

I went in on 12/17 after placing an online order. When I arrived and reviewed the order, I realized I had accidentally ordered the wrong wings. Reggie immediately took care and had the entire staff working to fix the order since it was for a birthday party. The professionalism and fast service were truly appreciated. Thank you!

Placed an online order with this store and they could not get it right. My wife ordered boneless wings with fries with 10 Hawaiian and 10 mango- habanero. They could not take the time to separate the two flavors but instead mixed them. I ordered a large cheese fries and my wife ordered a large fry. They did not send either one. The ticket on the bag that was delivered said there was 2 bags for our order. The driver said they only handed her one. The driver also stated the employees working at this location were angry about something. Maybe if the employees set their minds on the job rather than being angry they may have got our order correct.

Pick up time 6:15, finally got my food at 8pm. Yes it was Super Bowl, it was a mad house. That I understand. What I don’t understand is the manager refusing to give refunds in the beginning because she kept telling people they received $140k worth of orders and to be patient. What I can’t get over is people pick up times being 10 minutes over and the manager moving them to the front of the line while others including myself waited 2 hours. No more will this place get my business. People in store started calling the location just to talk to someone because they were answering phones and getting answers better than people asking in store

This place is just outright nasty.They don’t want you to use a bathroom even if you’re a customer, because they don’t want to clean it.The whole place is disgusting.You can order your food in an empty restaurant and it’ll still take you almost an hour to get it.And then it’s not even cooked.
