I just bought a chicken tomales. The worst tomales I ever had in my life, just threw away in the trash. The outlayer was very mushy I mean really mushy, no corn taste. The texture was just like pudding. First time I tried this place and I will never go back again. I rather to give “0” star.

The restaurant didn’t have what we order, but what they served us was not that bad. The service however, can definitely be improved by 100%. The prices were high for their quality and their service. It was the second we coming to the restaurant, thinking that the second time would be better. But it was actually worse. Definitely not coming back. There are definitely other salvadorean restaurants with better prices, amazing food, and service.

My friend is from El Salvador and I wanted to try her favorite Salvadoran food, so we got 5 pupusas to share – revueltos, chicken and cheese, shrimp, chorizo, cheese jalapenos & pasteles de carne pollo. I am not usually one for reviews
But with the service and overall experience from today being totally unprofessional It was a must.
First time coming here to get food mind you we ordered to go a simple order of not much so we did not believe it was worth a 45 minute wait especially because when we got there it was not busy at all.
Wait was getting a little too long so we asked about our food twice.
Both times we were sort of dismissed by the staff instead of getting a proper response the second attempt we decided to ask for a refund if the food would continue to take long to which the server this time completely ignored us and went to check on the food although she did check up on it the least they could’ve done was to give a proper response instead of the dismissive attitude being given.
Not to mention others orders were handed to them in a reasonable amount of time and even customers arriving after us got their orders before us.
Realistically if you are going to run a business good customer service is the most basics of necessity’s.
The staff today is clearly not properly trained and/or the business management simply does not care enough to make the changes needed based on how many complaints they have regarding service.
I myself am a manger of a food establishment and never would I ever allow such attitudes and behavior.

Took 30 minutes for them to bring out our food on top of that our food came out cold which shocked us. The most is that there was nobody there. We ordered a side of platinum and they never brought them out to us until we went up to them 20 minutes later.

Horrible Experience – Never again.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Popuceria Flor Blanca. From the moment we walked in, the service was awful. The waitresses were inattentive, dismissive, and had a noticeably bad attitude throughout our visit.
The music was unbearably loud—so much so that it was nearly impossible to hold a conversation. It felt more like a nightclub than a place to enjoy a meal, and the volume was actually painful to the ears.
As for the food, it was overly greasy and lacked any real flavor. To make matters worse, the salsa they served was clearly spoiled—it had a sour, off taste that made it inedible. Combined with the poor customer service, this place was a total letdown.
There are plenty of great places to get pupusas—this just isn’t one of them. I won’t be returning.

Food was fast and pretty good. Pupusas had plenty of cheese, toasty, not oily.
Curtido and salsa both needed some salt. Salsa could use a little something for the spice,it had no heat.

Had dinner here on Sunday. There were about 4 tables occupied. Our waitresses were lovely ladies, but the service was very slow, and here’s why. The servers are doing so many tasks on top of serving the customers. They are greeting, handing menus, cleaning the tables, attempting to help everyone, getting to-go orders ready, etc. I’m big in providing great services, so that’s why I gave it 4 stars. Not their fault, but they need more people to run the restaurant properly.
I ordered a banana smoothie which was too sweet, but I still enjoyed it since it blended with the food.
We ordered a chicken soup which was very delicious and fresh. We also ordered 4 pupusas revueltas, and they were also yummy.
We also had an order of Plátanos con frijoles y crema. I probably liked that the most.
Food did take a while to come out, even though the restaurant wasn’t as full. So be patient.
