The food was really good! Everything (Caesar salad with chicken, honey walnut cream cheese, chips) was perfect except for my sesame bagel. I asked for it sliced and toasted, with the cream cheese on the side. The nice cashier said she probably wouldn’t be able to toast it since all the bread heaters were being used for sandwiches. I was happy she let me know before solidifying my order… But that process not being available for a bagel at a “bread company” made me a little confused. Bagel was great though!
The place was pretty clean and quiet for having so many orders coming through. My mom and I had a great time. Just a couple of technical things, but overall a great visit. I would recommend this place!
I shouldn’t have to pay $17 for a cocktail size sandwich and WATERED DOWN soup! The chicken and wild rice used to be thick and delicious. Oh, and a bag with 10 chips in it. Yes, I counted them, lol.
The wait times are insane too. It’s common for people to go through the drive thru, and be sent to wait in the front of the building for 20-40 minutes at a time.
The restaurant is often not kept up with- trash can will be overflowing, tables dirty, etc.
Place really needs a new manager, and staff that could fill a single drive thru order correctly and in less than half an hour.
Update:
Happened again. Ordered at 6 am to pick up at 7 am. Waited I’m drive thru line with one car for 8 minutes before I was helped. Then, at exactly 7 am when order was supposed to be ready was told thru drive thru line that my order was not going to be ready until 715. I asked for clarification on why the order was going to be so late, especially since it was ordered an hour ago. The response offered was that the order just popped up on their screen and they only had one person making food. Another $100+ order and another really poor experience.
With 3 cars behind me waiting too. It’s a joke!
YOU NEED TO DO BETTER
Edit: Came back a a couple weeks later and we went inside. No one greeted us. The employees were just standing in the back talking not doing their jobs. There were at least 5 different tables of people waiting for their food. And a line of people in the drive thru. All while employees are doing absolutely NOTHING!
Why is this place even open? If you dont have enough employees CLOSE!
Your establishment is an absolute joke. Needless to say, we came over to the arnold location. Went through the drive through, and get this, we waited less than 10 minutes from order to leave.
