I RARELY COMPLAIN…this one takes the cake for me. I ordered online (all should be correct??) I picked up my order and the whole thing was wrong. I had asked for the thick rectangle pizza, assuming thats what i was getting. When I got my order, both pizzas were wrong. (Even the one being a normal crust pizza which turned out to be a thin crust as well, i dont even know what you call it… so I called, asked very nicely what I expected vs what i got. I offered to pay extra or pay for whatever pizzas I wanted. They denied that offer . Because i realized the menu has clearly changed. I offered to return the other order so they knew I just didn’t want a free pizza (which is what I heard this young lady say on the phone in the background when I called to fix the order)…. so I come back for the correct pizzas, and this girl didnt look at me, she didn’t greet me, she was clearly upset or irritated (probably because their menu isn’t updated, or whatever and im sure they deal with this change in menu, and the customes dont understand the changes yet and is frustrating to employees)… not her fault. However, the attitude, and the rude service I got after being extremely understanding, offeringto pay extra…. not cool. I had my two kids in the back seat and my son asks, “why did she throw the pizza?”….. whoever worked last night needs to be fired. Who throws a pizza…. seriously. I’ll never order again…. ruined our whole night seriously. I really wish I caught her name….. do better…

I gave it 5 stars because if you eat it fresh in the restaurant it’s better than delivery. Fresh baked is best. Other than that it’s the same pizza. Seriously go inside and order. The pizza is 5 times better. No joke.

Got 2 large pizzas delivered 11/7/25. Basic pepperoni, and cheese with sausage. Their ingredients must have been bad, wife and I both have food poisoning. Don’t go here!!!!

Order online. Use the Pay in store option which lets you place the order and pay cash when you get to the store. If your order is wrong 9/10 it will be, then hand it right back to them and you don’t have to argue. But take that receipt, look on the back, go to that website and take that survey so the upper management can know.
