At 1:41pm I scheduled a pizza to be ready for pick up at 4:45pm. That is three hours to have it ready on time. I was there at 4:40. While in the store, I got an email notice that the pizza was ready for pick up. That was not true. The staff said it wasn’t ready, so I waited. I was there until 5:10pm, and they never updated me. Finally, I asked about the status of my order. When I showed the email notification, the lone person they had up front went into the back to ask about it. Only then she told me it wasn’t even made. Then I asked to cancel the order and get a refund (I paid online at 1:41pm). They said the money would be credited to my payment card. That was a lie, 48 hours later still no refund. No pizza. This place will straight steal your money. Don’t go here if you want a pizza you paid for.

No body is at the front desk no matter how many times you come, they wont even treat you roght or give you the right information about your order, even after placing the order you come here and wait for another 20-30 minutes cus nobody is there to attend. The management needs to look into it. This this really sucks

Called and ordered a deep dish with 4 or 5 toppings and 24 wings. Cost me 100 bucks. I got a hand tossed pepperoni. I’m pissed. Second order I didn’t receive what I ordered. Don’t order anything for delivery!!!! They suck

One of the worst tasting pizza’s huts I have been to. The bread sticks were stale. The cinnamon sticks were below average tasting. And the pizza tasted like it was dipped in oil, it over powered the pizza taste. I did carry out and the gentleman at the register was polite. That is the only reason I gave it 2 stars.

This is the second time the order has not been complete. First time fries and wings were missing, but paid for on receipt. This time wings were missing again, also got charged. Tried calling the store several times and the recording hangs up. Did a chat with someone online. They assured me someone from the store would reach out 1-3 days later. It’s been nearly 2 weeks now.

We didn’t get our meatballs on both of our pizza’s. None. There is also barely any bacon on my large pizza than normal. I’ve ordered from you guys often. Pizza is good regardless but we want our meatballs. What the hell!

I officially retract my review at this time and can say my faith is restored for Pizza Hut and the food they serve. Im just gonna let this statement say they reached out was 100 with me and listened to my lady and addressed our issues with what happened on new yrs eve. That showed alot of heart and guts. To do something that seems to be missing in alot of people in this present day and age.So we all make mistakes just be humble enough to recognize when someone is trying to make a mends.
