We got in the drive thru line behind another gentleman. He gave up after 5 minutes and drove away without getting to order. Same happened to us. No one would answer at the drive thru order menu. As we drove away we seen all 3 employees standing around laughing and talking. One female came to the pick up window and refilled her drink. We reported this to corporate but they never called me back. Guess they don’t appreciate our business either. Just sad.

Food was hours old. Our nuggets were room temp and stale. Not just a little bit stale. Even the Diet Coke was off — tasted like seltzer water. The gal at the window didn’t say one word. They forgot our kids’ drinks, so we sat there assuming they were still coming. After a minute she came back and finally said, in an annoyed tone, “…need something?” When we said she forgot the drinks she handed us twice as many juice boxes as we ordered. I don’t expect Chick-fil-a levels of caring but can we care ONE IOTA about customers, please?? This location has been garbage for years.

The WORST customer service EVER’!!! They got the drive thru wrapped around the building, waited in line for 10 minutes for it to NEVER move, decided to go inside, never greeted, just a manager questioning an employee “did you unlock the door?” Walked completely out. This is the worst location and customer service ever! Something needs to be done about this! Will be contacting corporate next!

The ice machine is always broke at this one OK maybe not always but 75% of the time! This one is right down the road from my office so if I need a quick lunch, I’ll stop in there and most of the time it feels like I have to have them get my ice from the back But other than that it’s consistent. Wendy’s usually does a pretty good job.

Writing this review while sitting in a mile long drive through because I ordered in the app for in store carry out but all of their doors are locked with no way in. It is 1pm at the height of lunch time. I order carry out ahead of time because I do not have enough time to wait in a long line. I now won’t be able to eat my food and the app says no refunds for orders you put in as ASAP.
This is not the first time this has happened. They lock their doors during peak hours constantly. I don’t understand how this is a profitable business decision.
Adding when I eventually got my food everything was stone cold since it was probably sitting there made fore like 20 minutes.

Most of the time the wait time here is less than 5 minutes, they prepare the food according to item description in the menu without missing a single ingredient, mobile orders are kept warm untill you arrive and are prepared in less than 10 minutes, excelent overall.

Worst Wendy’s experience of my life. Every person behind the counter was wandering around like they were lost and the line of people trying to get their incorrect orders fixed was longer than the line to order inside and in the drive thru combined. The soda machine also only had lemonade, sprite, and AHA water. We finally gave up on the whole mess and just took our totally incorrect orders and left. The bathrooms were also messy and had no toilet paper, just the cherry on top of a bad experience I guess.

Drive thru @ 11:30pm was PHENOMENAL! great service with fast VERY FRESH food! The worker’s there had a great attitude and wonderful to help me out at a late hr! Thank you so much!!

The lady working the register is incompetent and can’t tell people they are out of a specific item, give you something random, and hope you drive away without coming back.
