I have been going here for years. I have genuinely watched this place deteriorate. First off. They were not busy at all. We got seated ordered our drinks and kids food first so it was ready for him. Obviously having an autistic toddler has its challenges and he wasnt having a great day. So we had to take him outside so he could calm down. He insisted we sit outside in the cold to eat which is okay. We will do anything for him as long as he eats.
Now for the relevant part now that you have context.
THERE IS NO REASON I SHOULD HAVE BEEN IGNORED SEVERAL TIMES TRYING TO GET THE SERVERS ATTENTION TO TELL HER WE NEEDED TO BE MOVED OUTSIDE.
We did not want to disturb the other 2 tables with our child’s antics. We all are there to just try and eat so we understand. The service was garbage and quite literally the first time I have been treated this way anywhere. Im a polite person. I get that they only had one server working so I tried to be patient. But jesus christ. We finally ordered and got our food. By the time it came out we just had to leave.
THIS WHOLE THING TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR. like…cmon.
Anyway. To the owners…hire more staff or just train your waitress to actually check on the tables lmao. Its not a hard ask. Thanks.

Went here the other weekend with my family and we had this fantastic server. His name was Brandon. His service was OUTSTANDING!!!! The food was great. Atmosphere was very chill. Great experience will definitely will be back!!!

The staff was friendly and sat us almost immediately. We ordered the kid’s Mac and Cheese, kid’s Cheese Pizza, Classic Burger, Pan Seared Salmon, 14 oz Ribeye, and the 3 Alarm Burger. The spinach that came with the steak and salmon was good but also very salty. Service-wise, it was okay. We did have to wait a bit for the waitress to check on us near the end of the meal, but she preemptively brought over to-go boxes when she did finally come around.
All in all, not bad and will make a return trip in the future.

45 minutes before we even got our appetizer and only got one because of “kitchen accident “. Another 15 minutes before we got the wings. Ordered blue cheese ( which was awful )and of course she forgot it. Had to wait on that. French onion soup was good. Wedge salad save your money. Every table around that came in after us got their food before us. Definitely won’t we back oh yeah fried pickles nope

This place was awesome it’s a place alot of locals go to. Delicious food, amazing staff Brandon our waiter was awesome. Definitely would go back we were headed home what bite to eat but we rather go to a local place then a chain restaurant what a great place. Use the side door. The fries were from potatoes not a bag

The meal I had today was fantastic and I watched the Orioles game on one of many televisions. Great atmosphere here and everyone is having fun. Service is a little slow so you might have to be a little patient but the food was cooked to perfection and had a nice presentation.

Usually order fish and chips. This time the fish was slim in white meat. Looks like an anomaly because another one was actually fine. Another possibility is freezer burn. That would indicate fish is not fresh. Perhaps the cook / management can pay more attention to what’s being served.
