The establishment was very clean. The Ben the bathrooms! The kids meal was awesome coming with milk, fries, apple sauce and two DELICIOUS chicken tenders. They had two differ t size straws which was awesome. Drink selection was good and the drink area was very clean!

One of the worst experiences ever eating at Hardee’s. Ordered 2 sandwiches with egg and was charged 90 cents ea and not the advertised 60 per as shown on the board as an add on to ANY sandwich. I asked about this and was told in a rude and disrespectful manner that he didn’t care what the board says he’s going off what his computer says, I should have drove away on the spot.
He didn’t make an inquiry and the management that was standing behind him instead of addressing the problem walked off.
We have always supported this franchise for as long as I can remember but now I’m embarrassed to even eat here ever again.

Stopped to get a hot ham and cheese combo on the way to north carolina. Below is what I ordered, and what I got. Why can’t this place ever get anything right ?? Plus the fries were ice cold. Thats $12 wasted

If I could rate this any lower I would have. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes just to be told that I could come inside and it would be faster. Said they were short staffed. If they had better management the drive thru or inside one or the other would be shut down to better help their situation. Left with no food.

I posted my concerns 6 days ago of receiving a replacement burger that was intentionally burned by your employee for spite and was served to me. I completed your link where I provided all my information. Your company choose not to reach out to me and you continue to allow spiteful people to cook food under your companies name. Yes, it is true they cook ahead of time so you get a cold sandwich with the possibility of half warm fries for $15. Next pictures shared will be the drink dispensers and the kitchen!
