I ordered a grande caramel latte to-go. Of course I trusted the drink was made correctly and didn’t check right away.

2:30pm ish 11/242025 I ordered a Grande Iced Coffee sweetened with half and half. It took 15min to get made. They never told me they had to make more or offer anything else. Then when I received the iced coffee there was no half and half, I asked and they said it over there. Very rude employees. I figured this as this is in California and people are rude and disgusting. Being from Nevada I cringe every time having to go cross the borderline. You’re better off going across the street to McDonalds or go to the other one down the road. Also stop moving to Nevada, it’s not for you.

Very nice Starbucks. We always stop here after a day of skiing ⛷️ at Heavenly so I can get a boost for a safe drive back to Sacramento, and the family can get their favorites, oh, and Starbucks offers Puppuccinos for the fur children. The staff has always been very friendly. It’s always clean.

Nice staff, always pleasant but painfully slow. This had been my local Starbucks for about three months and you can come in with only a handful people in front of you and wait 20 minutes. I submitted my mobile order 15 minutes ago and I’m still waiting and there’s nobody here. Wish the mobile order prep times were more accurate so I could time it better.

While they don’t have a drive-through, don’t worry – the friendly and helpful staff will make your visit a breeze. Plus, you won’t have to wait long for your delicious drinks to arrive.
