Very clean building, extremely fresh food. I have been twice and both times were awesome. Service the first time was very pleasant and even though the second person wasn’t as enthusiastic they still did their job 100%. Love that they give a bag per meal, really hate that all these fast food places stuff everything in a single bag. Wish the fries were a little crispier but they’re actual potatoes cut in store so I’m gonna give them some leeway on that. The burger was spectacular, not too seasoned, just a good old fashioned American cheeseburger.

We ordered for pickup. App says fries aren’t made until you get to the restaurant- they were lukewarm when we got them. Food was just ok. Had to warm everything up before we ate it.

Burger was ok. They served the fries cold and gave me a very small portion. The fries were just small pieces as well. Dining room was not very clean. I would not return.

Worst Five Guys experience I’ve had and I’ve had it in many other states. The employee at the register was picking at her long nails while getting my order, which is very unsanitary. She also seemed disengaged and not interested in being there. The cheeseburger didn’t taste right either. Overall, very disappointing visit for me and the group I came with. This happened on 12/05/25 around 1:30-2pm.

Great burgers and fries, grossly overpriced. The food itself is very good and prepared exceptionally well. However, a small order of fries shouldn’t be $3.69, and $8.69 for a cheeseburger is way excessive … especially for counter service. This is not a fast food joint or a pub, but you can go to a sit-down restaurant with a quarter mile and spend $9.79 WITH fries, or $6.99 with UNLIMITED fries at another place. Even after paying a tip at these places it’s still less than Five Guys. For a counter-service place, not paying wages for a server, most of that higher price tag is just profit for the owner.

The Ellisville location is not a very good locations. I have been very happy with all other locations in area. This is the second time I have visited this location and both times my burger was missing ingredients. I had asked for onions and found non on my burgers once I got home and took a bit of my burger

Here visiting family and got in 15 min before close. The two guys that were working were super friendly and nice and gave us drinks on the house and a extra shake. Also gave us lots of fries. If we come back again down the road we will definitely come back!

This is my first time at Five guys in the US.
it’s pretty good in my opinion. The patty is really juicy and buns are so yum! Grilled onions and mushrooms were cooked really well. It really made me full after had just a little bacon cheeseburger. MUST TRY!
