Could not place delivery order because, Domino’s does not deliver to my address.
Placed carryout order online at 6:29pm
Had to pay for it with a card because order was over $20 (really?) Ok
Domino’s website stated Carryout time: appx 19-29 mins
Me at the store to carry out my order at 7:05 ish…. Domino’s worker at the store says it will be another 30 mins.
I looked at kitchen screen, it showed there are 4 or so orders before mine (based on my order number)
One cook, another guy cutting pizzas (possibly a driver).
Atmosphere? One word. Chaos.
I had to cancel.
I am sure pizza would be delicious. But 1 hour or eventually for CARRYOUT?
I guess new management becomes old management eventually.
Staff was not the issue. Not having enough of staff is.

We got an offer for $2.99 Parmesan bites and decided to order them. They delivered our food an hour and a half later and no Parmesan bites. We tried to call back hoping maybe they would catch the delivery guy and he could just bring them back by the house. Literally almost 30 minutes on hold if not more and NO ANSWER the funny part is the advertisement on hold is to try the Parmesan bites lol.. just annoying… at least be professional enough to answer the phone. I get they may be busy but 30 minutes or more really.. It’s not that serious but to me it’s just the principle. Clearly no one is going to answer the phone to correct the issue so I just gave up.. do better

The service(I believe her name was Heather) was prompt and friendly. The pizza was exactly as ordered and was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating to wait for your food. I think it’s crazy that they have a single employee running the entire store. It’s fair to neither the employees nor the customers and management needs to fix it.

Too many times I have ordered here and it’s not been busy and the order will either take well over an hour or I’ll get there and the tracker still says it’s prepping but it had been done for 45 mins so the food was soggy and not hot any more. Try to call them and no one answers when I go into the store I’ll sit for 20 mins without anyone talking to me

Was just refused my the manager in-store to give me the advertised deal on the website, after specifically selecting that location and for carry-out. This manager didnt even know if the offer was valid. Showed her the offer and dates on my phone, then she still refused to take the order. Said it was online only. When I refused to take the offer she suggested, for a smaller pizza at twice the price, I asked if there wasn’t someone who could override it, offer a coupon or anything instore, she informed me that she was the manager and there was nothing she could do. Got hateful and gave me the impression she didnt give a damn at all. I’ve ordered from this particular location almost every week for a year. Had some problems with order accuracy and delivery, but everyone has always been friendly. Ill never buy from that dominoes again and doubtful any dominoes anywhere.

I placed an order for two sets of wings (BBQ and hot) and pizza. They made both hot wings and I can’t eat hot wings. When I called, I asked to get a free set the next time because I can’t drive the 45-50 minutes round trip back there. They did agree to do that, which was nice. I then opened my pizza after getting off the phone only to find it was burned. So we opened the second pizza and it was burned as well.

This Dominos location is by far the best in Knoxville.
Not only was the staff friendly, efficient, and short handed but there was a lady (unfortunately, I didn’t get her name) who went above and beyond by making my daughter a treat bag out of her own supplies. I’m usually super disappointed with dominos but now I know it’s because I wasn’t going to the right location!
