I ordered a large pizza cut into squares and what I got was a medium, hacked into random tiny pieces that didn’t even fit together. The presentation was awful and made me question whether it was safe to eat. I didn’t eat it. I’ve uploaded photos so you can see for yourself.
I’ve ordered square-cut pizzas before and they’ve never looked like this. Very disappointing, and I will not be ordering from this Domino’s location again.

Recently ordered 2 times in the last week. Improvement on this location & the food has been hot and delicious! Different pizza, pasta and sandwiches. Awesome 29th st Domino’s Pizza, keep up the excellent progress!

Food is good , we always get good orders. Today little different. Just needed to post to prove to 29th location my order was incomplete. Recvd tator tots instead of chicken, slice was missing and bread was flat. At least they made my order over and will re-delivered it. I did not want credit. Hungry now

We ordered an online pizza and the entire middle of the extra large pizza is completely raw and under cooked. We called the store and a guy answered and never said his name and agreed to send another pizza and then hung up on us.

Our order took an 75 mins to arrive when the email confirmation said 21-31 mins. The staff was incredibly rude when I called at 7:44pm to check the status. Food showed up at 8:00pm cold. I will never use this chain ever again.

Do not order from this dominos. Every time I order at this location, there’s a problem. You can never reach anyone when the problem is bad. The last time I ordered, I paid for an inedible pizza. I called to be reimbursed, or have a new pie sent and could not reach anyone. I called back during the day, still couldn’t reach anyone. This is the worst dominos in the area. Just do pickup at one of the other locations, or choose one of the other pizzerias.

Never had an issue with delivery until recently it took over an hour for the food to get to me and was luke warm at best. Took ten minutes to prepare and over an hour to get to me just a mile away. Sent me a coupon for a free medium pizza but of course I gotta order other stuff to get it. Tried to call about the issue and was told management wouldn’t be in until 5. The problem persists if management isn’t made aware there’s an issue and they just keep forking over free medium pizzas! Hope this doesn’t become a persistent problem for us because we love the food there and the prices are pretty great. Other than this one “delivery specialist” issue, has always been a great experience.

I’ve ordered from here two times and this is my favorite dominos location hands down I was shocked to see all the bad reviews they have. Maybe they’re under new management? I’m not sure but I’ve had no issues so far and their sandwiches are soooo yummy

Placed an order at 5:09 pm. Mobile app says “Abdul” started getting it ready. I go in there at 5:45, they said my order was MIA. Another kind young lady named Katelyn came in for pick up, her order was missing too. Told us we can wait around for 15-20 mins while they prep our order. No thank you, that was the purpose of the mobile app. Shitty service, will not be revisiting again.

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me I guess. First time I ordered delivery it was a Saturday night and took over an hour for food to arrive. I figured I would try again on a Monday and delivery took more then an hour. Won’t be trying for a third time

Went on a whim while on vacation to pick up late dinner. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Store was so hot though! I felt bad for the employees. Would have like more steak on cheesesteak but otherwise was a good dinner.
