Blue Sky is one of our favorite Chinese food restaurants and has been ever since we moved into Carmichael in 2016. The owner there is extremely friendly and greeting with a huge smile and I feel hugged when I walk in. It helps to know that we order take out there at least once a month. Our favorites are honey walnut chicken and we ordered the sauce to the side because we have leftovers and we often times like to reheat the chicken. But it’s hard to reheat the chicken the next day because the sauce makes the chicken soggy. They’re happy to keep the sauce on the side. We also love their Deluxe string bean combo. I like to ask them to add extra green beans which they do. Everything we’ve ordered there is fantastic. They have the best Chinese mustard in town.

I’ve lived in Carmichael for years and have finally discovered my favorite Chinese restaurant.
The veggies are cooked perfectly, the sauces yummy, not heavy and the food is delicious.
The staff is friendly and nice.

So after a long week involving work look, school, AND moving. I needed food. I didn’t want to cook.
I really wanted Chinese food. Well. Doing a quick Google search this place came up with very good reviews.
I to my son in and ordered to go.
I really liked seeing the smaller menu. It allows them to focus on quality over quantity.
We got combo rice, combo chow mein, Cung pow chicken, and the best sweet and sour chicken.
They were all very nice and polite. The restaurant was very clean.
The very nice lady, all smiles, brought the food out and verified our order.
We got to our new place and made plates with a bit of everything. I shoulda asked for hot mustard. Oh well. It’s all very good. Nothing is over cooked. . It’s all very tasty. And There’s a lot of food. So leftovers will be scrumptious
