Ikkyu lived up to other reviews. The Sushi was fresh and visually appealing. There was a perfect blend of flavors, none over powering the others.
The atmosphere was great. Clean and Cozy. Service was great as well. Will definitely be back. So glad North Chico is getting some more nice restaurants!! Let’s show our support!!

Everything we had was very good. We got the dynamite roll, the challenge ramen, and the shrimp tempera. Although we did feel like the shrimp tempera was a little bit pricey for just 4, the crispy shallot and the veggies complimented it well. My bf had tried ramen at 3 different ramen places and Chico and say the challenge ramen was the best one he had yet. Can’t complain about the sushi. It was very good. There was only 1 server and 1 sushi chef but it was closing and there was only 3 tables so it was fast for us.

The food is absolutely delicious! I recommend everyone to try them out, the staff are so sweet and welcoming.
I ordered the udon and was able to get seafood added to it for only a few more extra dollars. Flavoring was so darn good, I’ll definitely be back for more! ♡♡

Our hostess Thinzar was awesome!! She recommended a few of their specialty rolls and they did not disappoint!! This place is very nice and we had a wonderful evening thanks to Ikkyu! We will be back 🙂

We ordered several rolls. The seaweed had a slight fishy flavor, none of the rolls were great, but the veggie one had rotten lettuce in it. I had higher hopes for this restaurant, it seems like nice people but we won’t be back.

Reading all the other reviews my wife and I were pretty excited to go in to eat. Waiter was very attentive and took our order pretty fast. The food started coming out and for appetizer we ordered the takoyaki and as we start biting we bite into a frozen piece of octopus which was very unpleasant. The waiter took the plate back and brought out our sushi rolls and they were pretty good but we also ordered a plate of sashimi that we unfortunately couldn’t finish due to the fact that one of the slices had an odd smell and I started feeling sick afterwards.

We had a great experience tonight! Service was quick, friendly and attentive. Sushi rolls were large, well priced, and delicious. If you like spicy tuna make sure you ask for it extra spicy. It was fairly mild (but still yummy!) Great night! The staff were friendly and attentive to my toddler which was so sweet to see. We will be back!
