The place has really gotten bad about getting orders wrong and when you tell the staff how to fix it, they just look at you vacantly like they don’t understand spoken language. Today, they gave me chili cheese tots instead of chili cheese fries and left a patty off my double cheese burger. My husband told an employee and 20 min later, she brought out THE SAME CONTAINER OF COLD CHILI CHEESE TOTS! Not to mention, if you order the chili cheese coney, it barely has anything on it. Omg, this place kills me. I guess I’ll just start eating at DQ instead. They hardly ever get the order wrong…

This particular Sonic is a hit and miss The food’s most usually pretty good they just don’t seem to be able to follow directions on how you want it as well as other locations do. This is the 5th time in a row where I’ve went there, ordered something, and they mess it up or forget an item. I ordered French toast sticks and syrup and when I get home I check my bag to nothing. This would be a problem if it didn’t happen EVERY TIME I go there.

The service was fast because it seemed like they already had the food fixed sitting there waiting in the warmer. The fries were stale, the burgers didn’t seem fresh and the drink needed more syrup flavor in it. We paid a lot of money and didn’t enjoy our food. We regret going.

Only gave 4 stars due to long wait on order. Food was good but tater tots were just warm. Cool by the time finished eating them. Enjoy their happy hour half priced drinks. Most food is made right and enjoyable. We did ask for more mayo and the gentleman that answered.brought mayo packets right away out to us. Most visits we’ve enjoyed our order but lately its been hit or miss. Will go back.

Sonic usually has very quick service as well as cheerful employees. I’ve never met one rude one there in the years we have been going. The food always is hot and the drinks cold. A bit high priced for what you get, but the service is good and the food usually plentiful and tasty.
