I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this is why far the worst California Roll I ever had. I have no idea why they made it creamy/ oddly mushy. This was my first, and unfortunately lest time I order from here.

Great food and friendly staff 🙂 two things as a heads up – 1) there is a cash discount of 3.99%, and 2) the seating is a bit limited (two side tables with 2 seats each side by side and one large table that seats 4) so it’s more of a pick up and go place but if it isn’t too busy it was clean and chill. Menu on the website is up to date but they also have paper menus by the register. We got a bunch of rolls but I think the favorite was the tiger roll

This is my go to spot in Bayonne for sushi. Its good quality sushi and fair price. I highly recommend trying it out if you’re ever in the area.

Amazing!!! Fresh, tasty, friendly staff, affordable. It’s a cute and clean small place with a couple of tables. Mostly meant for takeout but I really like the tables there. They also have a small Asian grocery section.

Large menu and the speciality rolls are only $11/$12 and normal rolls around $4. 8 pieces. Prices are just amazing and quality is amazing. My husband got the seafood udon soup. Broth was light and flavorful. Noodles cooked perfectly. Had some imitation crab, shrimp and maybe clams or something not sure. But it was very good. I got the sweet potato and cream cheese roll. I was not expecting it to be purple yam and it was! It was perfectly fried and paired well with the cream cheese went so well. 8 pieces for $4.50. The roll was filling surprisingly. I also got the lovely salmon roll $11.99. Plenty of fresh thick cut salmon on it. So good, I love the crunchy and sweet combo with the mango.

Then we got $1 mochi for dessert. The sesame was my favorite. Rich flavor and creamy. The taro one was a bit too sweet.

I can’t wait to come back. Best sushi in the area. Also better than all the sushi places I’ve been to in Jersey city.

Promising and seemingly had potential, but was greatly disappointed by the quality of food and pitiful portions of accompaniments.

We ordered a few classic rolls, salmon avocado, shrimp tempura, salmon roll, etc. The shrimp tempura roll had a very unpleasant, bright red, pink-ish paste that made the shell of the tempura soggy, and the roll was very bland.

The salmon avocado roll was alright, but it was 2/3 avocado and 1/3 salmon, and the seaweed was very soggy and overall the roll was pretty fishy.

The other disappointment was the pinky-nail size dollop of wasabi that was given in each container of the roll. Even if I combined all of them together it wouldn’t be big enough to fit on a quarter. They also give the quantity of soy sauce packets to match the number amount of rolls, but they’re thin and not enough at all.

Overall, a really poor experience for a restaurant that seemingly had great potential.

A no fuss sushi too with a large selection to choose from. They excelled with their specialty rolls but some small improvements needed for the nigiri.

It’s mostly meant for takeout but they do have a few small tables if you wanted to eat in but without the full service. Glad this spot exist as there are not many options around the neighborhood.

Love it here! I reside in another city and come all the way over to Bayonne just for their sushi. The prices are not bad. Staff is super friendly.

Recommendations:
• Party tray special: P1
• Appetizers: Edamame, fried dumplings, shrimp tempura
• Soups/ Salads: Seaweed Salad, miso soup
• Sushi: shrimp tempura roll, spicy salmon roll, spicy crab roll, salmon nigeri, tuna salmon avocado roll

Hands down the overall best sushi spot in Bayonne and Jersey City.

This is a small family owned business and primarily a to-go sushi spot.

Not only do they have the best prices in the area, the fish is fresh, and they have an authentic Japanese style.

They give huge servings with all of their entrees. The appetizers are tasty but are small servings. So your best bet is to go straight for the meals.

My favorites are there donburi and sushi rolls.

They also have Japanese desserts like mochi ice cream and Japanese cheese cake

Just about everything here is a treat, you won’t be disappointed.
