This place is awesome. You get the best of both worlds—BBQ and hot pot at the same time—and the ingredient selection is the largest I’ve ever seen. It’s all fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

Ordering is super easy with their phone-based system. No pressure, no awkward flagging down servers—it’s smooth and efficient. The staff was incredibly fast and polite, and the whole restaurant was spotless. Seriously, immaculate.

They’ve clearly thought of everyone here: tons of vegetarian and gluten-free options, and even a solid selection for kids (they literally have French fries if your picky eater isn’t feeling adventurous). They have a bunch of different broths to choose from. I had the healthy herb and the flavors were delicious my partner had the szcheuan and was sniffling away.

Everything about the setup is just cool. It’s fun, interactive, and absolutely delicious. 10/10 would go again—and bring friends!

Had an amazing time here for our Sunday date night! The staff was friendly especially Matthew our server! He explained the process to us thoroughly and made us smile the whole dinner! The smells and flavors of the food are just unlike anything else we’ve experience during our date night dinners! WE WILL BE BACK TO TRY THE REST OF THE MENU!!

I was in town working and decided to try this place out. What a concept cook your own food and everything is All You Can Eat! Lol I enjoyed the food very much especially the Garlic and the spicy Pork Belly. (So Good) I tried many of the large selections of marinated meats and enjoyed them all with the exception of the Ribeye Fingers, which I found to be way chewy and tuff. My server was fun to speak with and very helpful. Although, I do agree with a couple of the other reviewers about instruction and labeling which meat is what however, not hard to figure out with a little taste testing. Highly recommend this place with family or friends will make it more fun and memorable. Manager or owner not sure checked on me several times and was very welcoming. They also have a Military Discount. I did the Korean BBQ part and very reasonably priced next time I will also add the hot pot part. When I 1st arrived the hostess instructed me about the self help bar. And you can also get your server to bring you sides.

My kids took me here for Father’s Day. The menu is kinda hard to figure out, Once our waitress explained it ,we got going. They have large variety delicious items.Be warned that somebody has to cook. had a good time with the family. I can’t tell you about the prices because I didn’t pay. My kids say it was reasonable though.

I came there for content for my new youtube series on food reviews and I can say I had a pretty nice experience. The waitress made sure I was ok and I even came to find out her name was Janiyah (I believe thats how you spell it). She made sure we were ok at all times and even helped us through the ordering system and how everything worked! I got some pretty good content and everything went smoothly. I had a good time cracking up jokes with the waitress, the food was good, and the overall quality and service of the place was fantastic. Will definitely be coming back soon.

I have been waiting so long for a hot pot place to open in bham metro area!!!!!! How I missed some good hot pot like this…

The employees are very responsive and friendly.

Also I’ve seen a few negative reviews based on ignorance so I gotta add this.

1) I could understand that the “Chinese donuts” weren’t something you expected if you are used to the kind served at American-Chinese buffets. But these are not some “deep fried ripped french bread.” They are long fried doughs called youtiao just chopped up into bite size pieces so it would be easier for you to dip into sauces and broth.

2) The main focus of hot pot is the blanching aspect, not the soup aspect. You enjoy the cooked ingredients soaked in the broth, you aren’t supposed to be drinking the soup. Same way you wouldn’t really drink pasta water or any water that some ingredient were being blanched in! I’m Korean and soups are one of the most important types of dish to us so I see a lot of Koreans getting confused by the purpose of the “soup” in hot pot too, not just Americans. Just sharing my insight about that.

When you have a negative experience at a restaurant, especially with a cultural cuisine that you aren’t very familiar with, the best action to take is to talk to the manager, communicate your issues, clear up any confusion, stuff like that. If you have a negative experience on that, or are still not satisfied, or just didn’t like it in general, it’s absolutely fine and a correct things to do to post reviews and stuff like that. But I feel a bit sad when I see negative reviews based on ignorance and presumtions with racist undertones because 1) you could have had a better experience just by asking some questions or communicating your opinions 2) it hurts their businesses. Especially, small and minority owned residentaurants already have to face an unfair amount of negativity based on the cuisine served, owners race or ethnicity… things like that, not the service and the quality of food.

Please choose kindness and consideration instead of ignorance and hatred! And that way you can fully enjoy the food and also learn new things.

Anyways, I consider myself quite knowledgeable in hot pot with 10+ years of experience in various parts of the world under my belt. I wasn’t expecting a lot today because I was simply happy to finally have a hot pot restaurant within 30 minutes of driving from where I live. But both the food and service pleasantly surprised me, and I could see that the owner guy had a lot of passion for hot pot! I’m absolutely coming back here, next time probably with my girlfriend.
Absolutely recommend the king and enoki mushrooms btw. So juicy and tender!! Fried tofu, tofu skins, bok choy, napa cabbage is a must. If you wanna order pho, they’re gonna bring out a massive mound of fresh noodles and it’s for like 3-4 people at least so if you are going with a party fewer than 3 I do not recommend because there’s just so much noodles

I love it here. I try to visit at least once a week. The food is amazing. The staff are friendly and it has a great atmosphere. I recommend this to anyone. I will say the broth could use a little more seasoning though, but overall nine out of 10.

The manager or chef said, based on his 20 years of experience in the seafood industry, this thing which looks like parasite eggs was definitely algae( which is crab leech according to the google search). We know that weird things should be ok for body health since it’s boiled like at least 10mins, but it’s disgusting enough to ruin the entire dining experience. The unprofessional or dishonest attitude of the management made the experience even worse.

This was my second time coming and I enjoyed it so much, once again! I bought my mom, and, Ok so I’ve learned that you can season and make your own sauce using the bar. Use the provided oil(spicy) or butter pats to lubricate your bbq, then proceed to cook! The soup broth is always amazing, and I’m taking my time working through the expansive veg and meat selection for hotpot! I recommend this for adventurous eaters, families and date night explorers! I was legit fun and most importantly, TASTY!!
