The precious young lady who was working the register was being belittled by what appeared to be the manager, when I walked up. The girl had to force a smile to greet me. I also work in the restaurant business and I’m a supervisor. I would never speak to my team members like that. Then the manager kept up with the rudeness when I said I only wanted a sausage cressant bc she said, very rudely, “I can’t do that and now nobody is going to eat this!” What?! Someone needs to get that employee in check bc belittling people and being rude to customer’s isn’t something that shouldn’t be tolerated. The lady doing the belittling was in her late 30’s , early 40’s. The precious girl taking the brunt of the mess had glasses on and was pretty young.

Literally rudest barrista ever. The store hours say open until 6. I walked up to the counter at 11:20. She’s sitting behind the counter watching TV on her phone and eating. I waited a few, extremely politely and nicely said “Um excuse me…” she turned around with a mouth full of food and said I’m on my lunch break. I said “No one makes coffee on your lunchbreak?” She said “Nope!” And kept eating and watching TV. Worst CC’s ever. Pathetic.

The service was great the coffee was good but I must say I was very upset I paid for my coffee croissant witch was 11 something I get back to my unit and my card was charged 14.50 witch I had thrown my recipe away down stairs so I wasn’t able to go back and say something being that I didn’t have my receipt the only thing I can see if that she wrote a tip on the recipe and charged my card for it …it’s wrong and unprofessional to do that without me offering it to her Thief it was Monday September 16 around 6:30 it was the older white female
