Thank you so much for the bday surprise. Dinner tonight was the only meal I got to eat today. I’ve been sleeping in my car, my phone plan ended last night, and it’s so cold and it’s so depressing, especially being the holidays and my bday. I ordered my pizza via Door Dash so it might be a problem with the app; I ordered a large pepperoni and I didn’t receive the correct order. The item description says that it comes with pepperoni, and all of the toppings listed below the pizza are labeled as “extra toppings” (see the photos for clarification). It may be a poorly worded menu, or maybe they messed my order up. Who knows. The plain cheese pizza was pretty good though.

I understand ordering a pizza around 2:40am is super late and almost inconvenient for the workers but even if doordash is still willing to say your pizza is ready and to go pick it up then we shouldn’t have an issues. Got a notification saying that the pizza was ready so headed down there, went to the front door locked. There were a lot of workers in there not one person came to the door to see what I was there for. Just stared at me. They tried to make me leave by saying they were closed, so I showed them my order. Rolled his eyes at me while he’s got an airpod in while working. After 5 mins of standing in that cold showing him my phone for my order, told me to go around back. We were confused if we needed to go in or not. Many many employees (i think) in and out of that back door. after still waiting another 10ish mins I had my friend go in and ask about the pizza. Apparently the pizza was already done but no one knew where it was going?? After going in the building and asking for our pizza some guy brings it out. Look I get it, it’s 3am at a Pizza place but if you have about six people coming in and out of that place shouldn’t take that long or be that confusing! Pizza was a little cold too but whatever I got a microwave.

Not sure how this place is still in business, seriously. You might as well eat some cardboard with sauce on it because that would be better than paying crazy prices for this way below average pizza. Very disappointing. Please do yourself and your bank account a favor and order pizza elsewhere. (Not to mention they “wear” masks but not even close to correctly and their kitchen is extremely dirty; I’d love to see Gordon Ramsay come and inspect the place)

I hadn’t eaten deeks for a year because a year ago the food was bad burnt very lil sauce toppings were wrong kind .staff was rude on phone .now a year later when I called order in I was on the phone for 15 for them Tryen to get the order right the staff said he was new and was getten the manager to take my order after 4 attempts and reentering the order he repeated it back to me it’s was the special 2 larges and a bread stick for 29.00 I ordered cjicken bacon ranch and 2nd one was half Italian sausage and other half pepperoni and Canadian bacon no cheese .bread stick to be free.ehen pizza came the chicken bacon ranch was fine the 2nd pizza was burnt half of it and there was No sausage and the half with No cheese
Was to be pepperoni and Canadian bacon .the no cheese was regular bacon and the half with cheese that was to be Italian sausage was pepperoni.none of the pizzas had Italian sausage .I called deeks and the staff that answered the phone gave the fone to the manager who’s name was Quinn was loud and yelling and disrespectful and said they had in the system as ordered is what I got .I said no had 2 people here with me who heard me make the order and heard the manager Quinn yell and refuse to offer me anothet pizza he said I had to have the whole pizza here to give back to them in order to get the new one I said there was one piece out of the pizza he yelled that I ate that pizza and was tryen to gat another one for free I asked for his name and told him he was an awful manager for being loud sounden and refuse to fix there mistake then hung up.
