We order two large pizzas and are told between 7:51 and 8:01 on a Thursday. Ok I show up at 7:51 to find that my pizzas haven’t even been started yet. I sit here and at 8:20 my pizzas STILL have not been started yet. This happened to me before but thought it was a one off. Nope, this place doesn’t know how schedule proper personal so this doesn’t happen. Multiple people waiting inside and out. This will be the last time I go here. Poorly run location

We didn’t have any issues. Placed a pickup order while staying at the hotel. Food was fine – I mean it’s Papa Johns – it’s just like any other chain pizza store. The Parmesan breadsticks were surprisingly very good though.

This Papa Johns location has the absolute worst delivery service. This is the fourth time we have ordered and again our order was delivered cold and it took an hour and a half to deliver.
The manager of this location needs to get this place in order, I get the same excuse every time about how the delivery drivers didn’t show up for work. Perhaps you should be hiring people who are dependable.
We keep giving this place a second and third and now a fourth chance but it is always the same thing orders never delivered on time and then we get a computer generated apology email.
This is not how you run successful business

I’ve been regularly going to this location for the past few years. To be honest it’s been a mixed bag and had outright terrible experience with the staff at time.
That being said shoutout to Jeremie. He’s been the greatest and is always extremely kind, professional, and will go above and beyond to solve any issues with the orders.
I wish all of the staff would learn from him.

Ordered for carryout, paid for extra garlic sauces. When I picked up, I asked about them, and was assured they were in the pizza boxes. There was one, for three pizzas … not even the usual amount that comes with them, much less the extra ones I paid for.

Delivery showed up over 30 minutes past their 1 hour window. Food was cold and gross. I called multiple times after an hour and 15 minutes of waiting trying to just cancel my order and get my money back and the employees just kept sending me back through their obnoxiously long phone menu. I still want my money back. Waited on hold multiple times for over 15 minutes trying to talk to a person.

It’s chain pizza and a small city with too many pizza options. Extremely overpriced. Quality is just ok. Nothing special here. Try Kings if you want good pizza in Brunswick.
