Needed something fast, and what i thought would had been good. Paid $3.49 for a individual mac&cheese, when we opened there was barely any mac&cheese in it. Our bowl was so darn limited to food, we eneded up with more corn than anything else.
We depend on the staff to not get cheated on the food that we pay for.

I was hesitant about my review but this place needs to be shut down . the only good worker they had is no longer there and I can see why. and when is asked about the lady that’s usually in the drive thru . I was told “she quit” with a very nasty attitude. I only come here to see her . she was always smiling and happy. Just makes my day brighter. I wish I would have gotten her name or number and offered her a better job. She was a great worker. I will never come back here again

Ordering though the drive threw 2 number 7 meals. The young man taking my order doest ask the sides nor the drink tells me to pull around a doesn’t give me a chance to order the 2nd number 7. Then another employee jumps on the order telling me I can’t order 2 meals at the drive threw I’d need to come inside. Confused I ask why she says I can do 2 tickets at the drive threw but I wasn’t ordering 2 tickets just 2 meals. They finally seem to understand and ask 3 times what the 2nd drink was. I ordered a 12 piece hot wings via drive thru. I received over cooked wings! Asked for a refund declined by the manger stating “wings can be re- cook” wait time 12 minutes. Only to receive over cooked wings AGAIN! Paid over $16.00 no sides just wings. Money wasted and my time!

Just picked up an online order. I’m missing 2 family sides, biscuits are hard and cold and all my food was cold!!! I had to heat everything up in the microwave. I’ve been trying to call back for the past 10 minutes and it just rings busy. I’ll definitely be calling corporate tomorrow because a 16 piece family with extra sides should have came ready to eat for nearly $70.

This stores never gets my order right. About a month ago I ordered food that as to be cooked. I waited and employee bought food to car. I took too and headed home to find out I was given someone else’s order. I returned to restaurant and given wings but they were not as I had ordered them. I completed survey describing the bad service experiences and kfc was nice enough to send me a voucher for $20 to use at kfc. Tonight I returned to use my voucher. Unbelievable! They got my order wrong a 3rd time and forgot my soda after waiting for supposedly crispy chicken n Buffalo wings to cook for 12 minutes. Here is the soggy chicken I was sold. I give up. Back to Popeyes or church’s for me.
