Ordered curbside. This is how the burrito is wrapped. Queso upside down with crushed chips. Lady smacked the bag of food into the side of my car and then practically dropped it in my lap without saying a word. Older lady with gray hair. Super rude.
Update when I got home. Second picture is burrito when I pulled it out of the bag. Had I seen it when I was at the store I would’ve gone inside and make you remake it. Crystal is the name of the “manager” who I just spoke to on the phone. She’s also the one that brought the food out curbside. Crystal is extremely rude and unprofessional

Ordered a create your own burrito. Asked for sour cream and queso within burrito, got neither. Quality is not there and costs more than chipotle. Would highly recommend going to chipotle instead of this place.

Well, first off, the people there are absolutely amazing. Super kind and very accommodating. Like a Chick-fil-A worker but compared to the Chick-fil-A across the street even better than them. And when a Qdoba employee is accommodating, it makes the food even better because they make it exactly to your liking. Top notch place.
However, quality of the food is touch and go. As you see in my added pictures I have found hair in my food. The picture sucks but you can see the hair stuck to the back wall of the bowl. It’s not the first time either.

Don’t get me wrong Qdoba is amazing and taste great!
But whoever is doing the burritos on this day did the most terrible job, mind you it was from DoorDash and I’ve order before and it never looked like this, I don’t want anyone else to have this type of burrito. But as i unwrap it with the foil it literally spilled. Like it’s a burrito not a taco. Come on, never in my life wrote a review but this wasn’t cool to me. 9/14/21
