First time: Absolutely enjoyed eating here, went for happy hour. The place was busy but not packed. Loved snacking on popcorn while we waited for food. Mythical burger and fries was delicious…also good pizza! Loved the waitress. Excited to have this in our community.

Stopped into The Knight Owl and had a great time. The interior decor looks fantastic, warm vibe and a cool layout that makes the place feel inviting – pool tables, darts, bowling and arcade games. The menu was pretty simple when we were in, cold beer and hamburgers, but the burgers were big and really tasty. Fries were solid too. If you are looking for a laid back spot with good food and a comfortable atmosphere, this is a nice stop.

1st timer with wife and 14yr old son. The place is light, bright and clean. Great opportunity for Tyler and surrounding as we came from Marshall. We enjoyed playing darts, arcade games and finally a game of bowling, good clean fun with my family. Our male server was ok, didnt really know what types of beer he had on hand, wife went to the bar to ask, had to hunt him down for the ticket as we wanted to bowl also. Didn’t know the process if we needed to settle up before we needed to bowl. Liked the metal classes to keep drinks cool, would recommend more beer selection on tap of a local seasonal lager like Sam Adam’s Winter Lager, Schells Snowstorm or Moose Droll Brau Brothers. My son had the hamburger, he said it was ok, but I would consider bakery bun from Slayton Bakery or made in house along with a local hand patted hamburger or maybe a buffalo burger. Steve Anderson sells USDA buffalo raised in Walnut Grove,he lives in Brookings.By doing so it looks like a better looking hamburger. Sweet Chris cross fries, have to pass. A Family member of mine is the Lamb Weston rep for the area and would put you on a fry program. Pizza is what my wife & I had…. plenty of cheese, could use more fresh incredents, the bell peppers looked liked they came from bag, meats were ok, but thats not a brick oven pizza!!! Understand your working out the bumps but keep the place clean and make some tweaks. You should do well. Would consider trying again.

Place was a little busy but nothing crazy. Sat at a table for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our group. We all ordered water took another 5 minutes to get that. Waited another 15-20 minutes before the server came back to take our order. Food came and was not very warm. I get the place just opened but to say this in a nice way the servers have no clue at all what they’re doing! They must all be new to a restaurant! One would finally come to the table and then another one would come later on to see if you needed anything. Needless to say my group was very disappointed and will not be going back! Very disappointing!!
