Saci Indian Bistro is an absolute gem! I visit frequently, and I must say, the food is nothing short of amazing, easily a 1000/100 in my book. Everything here is vegetarian, and I feel like I’ve tried almost everything on the menu.
My personal favorites are definitely the sandwiches and momos, they are consistently delicious and perfectly made. I’ve also tried the paneer momos, paneer sandwich, Manchurian roll, Manchurian burger, and chocolate shake, and everything has been spot on.
While I personally wasn’t a fan of the roti and curry, the rest of the dishes are excellent. On top of the fantastic food, the service is great, making the dining experience even better. I LOVE THE SERVICE BY THAT LADY. She always smiles and very welcoming.
If you love vegetarian cuisine and want flavorful, well-prepared dishes, Sachi Indian Bistro is an absolute must-try!

Though this was an accidental find for us (used to be Balista-Bistro when we found this place and visited first few times), this is one of the few restaurants we keep revisiting and find it very honest for some reason. We even got a catering order done for our son’s birthday party.

The food tastes so authentic, original, prices are nominal and the staff are always warm to deal with. The place has nice ambiance, looks clean and well maintained at all times. We have so much to still try (Jamun shots) our hands on and that gives us more reasons to visit them in the future too. Do not miss this place!

You will always find a parking spot in this place.

If you’re looking for inventive Indian fusion food, Saci Indian Restaurant is a must-try! We recently ordered from here on DoorDash, and the entire experience far exceeded our expectations. Both the Achari Burger and the Paneer Makhani Pasta were absolutely standout dishes. The burger came packed with bold, tangy flavors, and had that authentic achari (pickle) kick that’s so rare to find in any burger, let alone a fusion one.But the real star for us was the Paneer Makhani Pasta. It’s a brilliant marriage of creamy Italian pasta and the rich, aromatic Indian makhani curry. You get perfectly cooked pasta tossed with fresh paneer cubes and a sauce that bursts with ginger, garlic, tomato, and signature Indian spices—you can taste the coriander, a hint of kasuri methi, and that buttery finish that makes makhani irresistible. My wife and I loved trying to pick apart the flavors and ingredients because every bite was so well-balanced and satisfying. The portions were generous and the food arrived fresh, hot, and beautifully packed. The flavors lingered in our minds so much that we found ourselves craving it again the very next day! The creativity in the menu is impressive and unlike anything else we’ve tried locally. We’re already planning to visit in person to try out more dishes and soak in the atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys adventurous flavors and appreciates a unique twist on both traditional Indian and western comfort food. Saci Indian Restaurant has become our new go-to for delicious fusion meals!

I went with my family and the food was amazing and super innovative. Never heard of a Manchurian burger, but it was an absolutely treat. The Chatakedar Achari pasta tasted exactly like our Indian achar. The Veggie Garden pizza was scrumptious and spicy. Glad to have found a pure vegetarian spot to eat at. The owner was also telling me that they don’t use egg in any recipes and have animal rennet free mozzarella. I usually don’t like coffee but this place had great cold coffee. Definitely worth checking out. Extremely delicious food and amazingly accommodating staff. Good place to study at. I will definitely be coming back.

Dishes we tried:

Peri Peri Fries: really tangy and crunchy
Manchurian burger: the bestt, must try
Desi club sandwich: very filling and good if you don’t like spicy food
Veggie Garden pizza: delicious and for the spice lovers
Chatakedar Achari pasta: tastes just like achar
Cold coffee: best cold coffee I have ever tired!!!

I was honestly surprised by how beautiful this place is inside. Saci Indian bistro is definitely worth visiting. It’s super clean and modern, with such a cozy and aesthetic setup that makes you want to stay and eat instead of grabbing something and leaving. The decor is really cute, and the whole shop just has a chill, welcoming vibe.

I tried a few things and everything was delicious. The Jamun Shots were fantastic, took me right back to India. The samosa burger was packed with flavor. It was crispy, spicy, and so unique. The double decker burger was the real star though. One layer is a cheese patty and the other is an aloo patty, and together it’s just chef’s kiss. The cheesy fries were also amazing, super melty and comforting.

Overall, this place is a must try if you want to come with your friends or family to relax and eat. Bonus points for being completely vegetarian.

We went to this place recently, they changed the name of the restaurant, but the experience was still the same. The staff was so welcoming, the premise is very clean and ample parking space.
The menu has got upgraded with a bunch of new varieties. Their saci special Manchurian burger is definitely out of the world. Loved the new version of Achari fries and chatakedar achari pizza, amazing new flavors.
They have added so many new items, looking forward to try some more soon

Dining at Saci (formerly Balista) was a delightful experience from start to finish. The food was exceptional, the staff attentive, and the ambiance was perfect for a cozy evening. In love with their Manchurian wrap, and achari pizza. And brownie with ice cream was a cherry on the top. Highly recommended!” “We enjoyed everything about our visit to Saci, a must visit for vegetarians.
