Very disappointed not the first time this happens. We stopped ordering pizza for a while. Today we decided to order again as we do like the pizza but when you order an extra most bestest sausage pizza instead of a regular hot and ready sausage you would expect it to have more sausage. Some pieces didn’t even have sausage. This has happened with the pepperoni as well.

I watched 4 separate people walk out of the building due to the “shift lead” Azsa T. She was rude and making fun of people. Taking pictures of customers and laughing. My wife was super nice and always said thank you but the attitude from Azsa T was just outrageous and flat out unacceptable. There was a line and all she did was sit on her phone while everyone else was working. -100/100 never giving service again.

I ordered one pepperoni extra most bestest pizza online because they never have any pizzas ready promptly and once I got there I still waited over 30 minutes for my pizza and they didn’t even put it in the portal as i was told that’s where to pick it up at. So because I didn’t see my name it took longer for me to get my order .Also the pizza wasn’t good at all. Only one slice looked ok and the rest looked over cooked and you couldn’t see the pepperoni. Very disappointing.

Ordered from this location online, because anytime I go in they never have ANY HOT AND READY…. (hence the name) when I stopped in to pickup my order today, I checked it as normal and asked why it looked like a regular pepperoni pizza if I had ordered an extra most best (which of course cost extra). All the employee replied is “you just can’t see the pepperoni” and walked away to help the person who walked in. I tried to call and they answered and hung up then would not pick up the phone. WORST customer service ever. And they were not even busy….
