We were seated immediately, which was a great start. It did take a little longer than expected to get drinks, and our server seemed new—he had to confirm our order a couple of times—but he was polite and clearly trying his best.

The decor is definitely a highlight: light, airy, and really nicely done. That said, the overall experience didn’t stand out much compared to other breakfast spots. Breakfast restaurants are everywhere, and this felt fairly similar to others I’ve been to.

Prices also felt a bit on the higher side for what you get, especially when compared to comparable brunch spots in nearby cities. On the plus side, once we ordered, the food came out almost immediately, which was impressive and appreciated.

Overall, a solid breakfast spot with a nice atmosphere, but there’s room to stand out more in a crowded brunch scene.

Excellent place to have breakfast/brunch. Very clean, friendly staff. Prices are reasonable. Food was very good! Smoke salmon was yummy, the butter fries, omg! My only observation was that my chicken and cranberry wrap was missing something, not sure what, it was good and well presented but it was missing flavor, maybe more cranberries? Overall, great place!

If you’re heading out on the train from Grapevine to the Stockyards, do yourself a favor and stop at Butter My Brunch first. Trust me — it will set the tone for your entire day.

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a space that absolutely nails the vibe. It’s modern yet chic, bright and spacious, impeccably clean, and effortlessly stylish. The aesthetic alone makes you want to linger a little longer.

One of the best parts? Breakfast and lunch are served all day — and every bite delivers.

I ordered the classic smash burger with the signature aioli sauce on the side, and wow… pure magic. The burger was cooked to perfection — juicy, flavorful, and beautifully crisp around the edges. That aioli? So rich and packed with flavor that I ended up dunking my fries in it instead of putting it on the burger. No regrets.

My dining companion went with the breakfast combo: perfectly cooked over-easy eggs, crispy bacon, savory sausage, and fluffy blueberry pancakes. I didn’t even get a chance to snap a photo before he dove in — always the sign of a great meal. The blueberry butter was the undeniable star of the plate. So good, in fact, that I may have stolen a bite or two… and yes, it was also incredible on my fries.

They also offer a curated selection of brunch cocktails, making it the perfect spot whether you’re out on a date, brunching with the girls, or enjoying a family meal.

And I can’t leave this review without mentioning the heart behind it all. This family-owned gem is run by some of the warmest, most welcoming people you’ll meet. The service was superb — attentive, friendly, and genuinely hospitable.

Butter My Brunch isn’t just a great meal — it’s an experience. I have no doubt this will become a true Grapevine staple.

We will absolutely be back.

We went on a weekday around 10am no wait. The restaurant was very clean. The atmosphere was very nice. Service was a bit slow after getting our drinks but we weren’t in a huge rush. Everyone was friendly. Food was very nicely plated. My food was bland. I had the chicken and waffles the chicken had almost no flavor which was disappointing , but the flakiness of the breading was perfect. Everyone else enjoyed their food. Definitely would try this place again and try something different.

Absolutely delicious. The Belgian waffle was perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside, topped generously with fresh strawberries and a light dusting of powdered sugar. The strawberry butter was a standout—creamy, flavorful, and not overly sweet, pairing perfectly with the waffle. Presentation was simple and elegant on a clean white plate, and everything tasted as good as it looked.

Absolutely LOVE everything about it! Drove 35 mins to go & did not disappoint. Had the Chilaquiles and it was great. The kiddos grilled cheese and fries was good and the chorizo skillet & biscuits So Soft. Best part was how much this has open space and isn’t all jumbled together too! Mimosas were delicious as well

Just happened on this place and wasn’t expecting much. Ordered steak and eggs, son had chicken fried steak and the wife steak chimichurri steak sandwich. Took about 10 minutes to get our food. Coffee and mimosas. The food was EXCELLENT. Signature butter and compound butter was fantastic. Crepes for desert pictured below. Will be back.

Here is an SEO-optimized Google My Business review for “Butter My Biscuit” in Grapevine, based on your photo.
Star Rating: 5/5 Stars
Headline Idea (optional): The Ultimate Family Breakfast Feast in Grapevine!
If you are searching for the absolute best breakfast spot in Grapevine, Texas, look no further than Butter My Biscuit. We recently brought the family here for a morning brunch feast, and it completely exceeded our expectations. Finding a restaurant that delivers high-quality food and is genuinely family-friendly can sometimes be a challenge, but as you can see from the happy faces in my photo, this place is a winner for all ages.
From the moment we walked in, the vibe was welcoming and bright. We grabbed a comfortable booth by the large windows, which let in some great morning sunshine. The service was prompt and friendly, getting our drinks out quickly while we debated over the incredible menu options.
Now, let’s talk about the food, because the spread we received was outstanding! As shown in the picture, the portions here are incredibly generous. The kids absolutely devoured the fluffy, golden-brown pancakes and the thick-cut French toast—both were cooked to perfection. We also loaded up on savory staples like fluffy scrambled eggs and hearty sausage patties that hit the spot.
However, the real star of the show at Butter My Biscuit (naturally!) is the biscuits. If you look closely at the foreground of the photo, you’ll see we tried a selection of their amazing biscuits served with a “flight” of different flavored butters and spreads in those little metal cups. This is a must-do! Mixing and matching the different sweet and savory butter flavors on warm, fresh biscuits was such a unique and delicious experience.
Whether you are a Grapevine local or just visiting the DFW area, this restaurant needs to be at the top of your list for brunch or breakfast. It’s the perfect combination of a relaxed atmosphere, great service, and truly comforting Southern-style food. We left stuffed and smiling, and we will definitely be back soon!

First impressions were genuinely positive. The space is clean, inviting, and the staff was very warm and welcoming when we arrived.

Our server was incredibly sweet, friendly, and respectful. That said, the overall service lacked urgency. We waited roughly 10 minutes after being seated before being greeted, and another 15–20 minutes after receiving drinks before our order was taken. During that time, we watched our waitress tend to her other two tables while we were largely ignored. I’m giving some grace since this was only their second official weekend open, and this feels more like growing pains than outright incompetence. Still, basic pacing and attentiveness should be expected.

The menu is diverse and sounds great on paper. Unfortunately, the execution didn’t justify the pricing. They’re charging farm-to-table pricing for food that simply doesn’t deliver at that level. Most dishes feel about $3–$4 overpriced, and the end result was wildly mediocre.

That said, this place clearly has potential. I will absolutely give them another shot after they’ve had time to work out the kinks and refine both service flow and execution. I’m happy to reassess once things have settled in but right now this lands at 2/5 overall.
