Great vibe never disappointed at Dutch Bros definitely a beach meets skate culture with an emphasis on customer service, very clean, nice little sit down area employees are always ecstatic to see our dog, drive through is one of the most efficient I’ve seen and I’ve been to locations in California Oregon Washington Utah Nevada Arizona New Mexico and Texas definitely impressed, walk in is also incredibly fast keep up the excellent work guys

I love this location! It’s close to my house and the team is amazing. Anna is such a stand out she has taken my order multiple times and always has time for a little chat and remembers my name and brings a level of customer service that is hard to find. All of the other team members are so sweet as well! Love it here

It’s alright, there are some pretty good drinks. I have been a fan of the hot and cold version of the Caramelizer.
The biggest hold back is they always seem under staffed and when ordering a drink, most of the time I have to order a good 20-30 minutes before I want to pick it up. The inside design is pretty bad, the line is totally out of view of anyone working even if someone was standing at the window (not that big of a deal but is awkward when trying to pick up an order when there are multiple people in the ordering side of the line).
The drive through is also a bad design depending what time you get there. Early in the morning most of the time you just have to wait to get to the window to order or tell them your picking up an order, so that can take a very long time, plan ahead, they ONLY have someone out there if they have enough people, no speaker to order at.

Every time I come to this Dutch Bros, the girls working are literally the sweetest. They always make conversation and bring such good energy. honestly always make my day. the drinks are great and so is the customer service .

I had a pretty iced oat milk latte from this newly opened Dutch Bros Coffee. I was pleased that they put a very good amount of oat milk in the coffee.
The coffee was pretty smooth and had a good flavor. They did put a little more ice in the coffee than I would have liked, which reminds me to ask for easy ice for next time.
The young lady at the window was super nice and had an upbeat personality. They offer covered out side seating at this location which is nice. A drive thru is available.

I usually get my Dutch coffees from 2nd street in El Cajon. I decided go to Dutch bro’s on Jamacha. There were 4 cars in total, I was the last one. There wasn’t a single person in sight, until about 5 min later. The girl who finally came out and took my order seem uninterested with her job. She charged me twice and had to leave to get it fixed. Still waiting. She finally confirmed that it was refunded. It took about another 10 minutes to get my drink. The girl who proceeded to give me my order, called out a mocha, and I told her that wasn’t me. Because my order was partially refunded it set it back. So she was making my order, asked me if I wanted milk in it? Which was odd cause I order this same drink all the time. I repeated my order to her and she had a nasty look on her face and when she finally gave me my drink I asked her if it had pumpkin in it. She said yes. After I received my drink it was watery ( was supposed to be blended) and had no pumpkin syrup in it and I could tell it didn’t have the extra shot of espresso as I requested. That was the worst experience I have ever had at a Dutch bro’s. I won’t be returning there again.

I ordered a cookie butter latte through the app to go. There was no caramel drizzle like shown. Could not taste any caramel and there was no sticker on the top of my drink when it was given to me. Very poor service. Was excited to get my iced latte but now I’m left with a bitter taste. Do not recommend getting coffee from this Dutch brothers.

Tae was an awesome person very energetic and very kind to everyone. He was making little harmless jokes that made me laugh. Everyone in the back was also nice and the drink I got was amazing. I 100 percent recommend this play 1000 times. And the area was an absolute blast. They had two fake little garage doors that were open. It was clean and not that long of a line
