I think these kids need some help! 3 employees on a Friday lunch rush, more than 2 dozen orders on queue, impatient delivery drivers asking for their orders, the two girls making sandwiches had no sense of urgency, this place recently opened and already looks messy and dirty. Kudos to the guy with the short curly hair (sorry I didnt catch his name) he prioritized the lobby orders, stood calm and provided the best customer service he could.

This location had been pretty good, but it seems to be heading down. Ordered a sub for over $20 tonight, and it was mostly just bread. The location is good, but it’s not worth the price.

Visited this location today and my husband and I were extremely impressed by the young man running the show at this location. He was friendly and making sandwiches so fast you would think he was on a game show. Even though he was making them fast, they all looked amazing. This gentleman needs a raise!

Do not order your food online. This location has no idea how to be efficient during rush lunch hour. Only worried about the customers walking in not about the online orders. You should be doing a customer and then an online order for maximum efficiency.People order ahead online for a reason. They didn’t even care to offer any compensation for me waiting over an hour for my sub.

I ordered the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak and asked for “some extra jalapeños” thinking they’d be added to the sandwich and honestly, I was a little worried they might overdo it but when I opened the bag, I found the jalapeños thoughtfully packed on the side (WARMED UP!!), along with the sweetest note! When we walked in, every worker was smiling—Dakota, Sienna, and Dan. It’s so refreshing to be greeted by such friendly faces. They were welcoming, upbeat, and made a delicious sub. Great atmosphere and great food! We’ll definitely be back.

Service was okay. The Thursday lunch club sub was missing bacon.
The toilet is all jankey and wobbly.
It seemed slow when I walked in, but then like twenty people walked in behind me. Seems to be a very busy lunch spot.
Not my favorite Jersey Mike’s location.
