Please was great, the food was on point and we ate so much we couldn’t have dessert. I recommend everything with bread. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the seasoning was. Jocelyn was great would ask for her again.

Buon Appetito has great food and wonderful service. The restaurant is medium-sized, quiet, has a sports bar, a cozy interior, and wooden furniture. The food is solid in quality, even the calamari, and the service is outstanding. Jocelyn has been my server many times, and you can’t find a more pleasant and accommodating individual. Highly recommend this place.

Anyone who thinks this place has good/authentic Italian food has never had real Italian food. They might not have even had good food before. This is the second time I’ve had “food” from this place. The first time I went to and ate at the restaurant. There was no roll-up (napkin with cutlery) on my table. Neither the host nor the server noticed. I placed my order for the Spicy Seafood Linguine (which in a real Italian restaurant is called Fra Diavlo). I still had no utensils or napkin so I had to ask so I could eat. The dish so bad that I sent it back. The seafood was gross, the sauce wasn’t spicy or even flavorful and the linguine was poorly cooked. I then ordered spaghetti and meatballs thinking that that would be hard to screw up.
Wrong again. Again the pasta was poorly cooked, the sauce was flavorless, and the quality of the meatballs was crap. At this point, I was hungry, so I ate most of it. Not once was, I asked if I needed more water and the iced tea I ordered came in a can with a glass for a ridiculous price with no refills offered. This was my first experience and I decided to never waste my time and money there again for subpar food, and service.

Fast forward to present day. A coworker had a birthday and wanted lasagna. My immediate thought was oh my God I hope they’re not going to order from this place. They did. I elected to have a Caesar salad with chicken. I was not surprised to find that the dressing tasted slightly like vomit to the point where I pretty much didn’t use much of it and avoided what had been covered with it. I don’t know where these people went to culinary school, but a Caesar salad always has Romain lettuce, not Icelandic or butter lettuce. The croutons were pretty flavorless, And the Parmesan cheese was basically not existent. I found some pathetic little sliver that I didn’t even bother to try because I honestly wasn’t sure if it was the cheese or something that got in the salad by mistake. The chicken was edible but nothing to write home about. I feel badly that my boss had to spend money on something that I didn’t enjoy at all, especially when you factor into that that the salad without the chicken was $14 and the chicken itself was four dollars. This should not have been a case of getting a lousy salad at that price. Fortunately, the rest of my coworkers seemed to be pleased with their order. My supervisor said that I can choose the place when it’s my birthday. Suffice it to say I told her that I will not be choosing this place but I thanked her for buying lunch anyways. In summary, if people in Heber city and the surrounding areas are looking for an Italian place to go to this is not worth your time or money. If you enjoy the “cuisine” that they offer at this establishment I truly feel badly for you because clearly you have never had real Italian food or food of any quality. If this wasn’t the only “Italian“ restaurant in town they would not be in business. Below is a picture of my “Caesar salad”.

Jocelyn was our server and she was very attentive and helpful. I had a Negroni which maybe wasn’t mixed quite right, maybe a little strong but it was drinkable. The Cesar salad was great! The chicken on the chicken Parmesan was pretty rubbery but the sauce was very tasty and the noodles were cooked well. Food has very hot on delivery which was awesome.

Delicious veggie pizza with generous cheese and toppings. (We added chicken) we loved the crust too! the lasagna was creamy, rich and homemade as is the tiramisu: a little but pricey, but amazing! Portions are plentiful, we ended up taking half our pizza home for another meal.

The service here was great, but the food we got was just ok. It was good, but nothing special. The Focaccia bread was quite literally a cheese pizza. The ingredient quality didn’t seem very high for the price we’re paying.

But again, it’s fine. It’s good. Just not anything special.

The vibes at the restaurant are all over the place. The decor and exterior scream moderately fancy Italian. The music choice did not match at all. It was 2010’s dance pop music. The other odd piece, weirder than the music, was the fact they had WWE playing on the TV’s by the bar.

We were a party of nine celebrating a Birthday on Valentines day. The food was great, atmosphere was celebratory and even though the facility was at capacity, the staff and kitchen kept up a good level of timing and service throughout our meal. One disappoint was their online menue said they had introduced Osso Bucco to their menue which several of us were looking forward to ordering. However, the item was not yet available. We don’t live locally in the Heber Valley so we won’t be back until we confirm the new menu items are a fact.

Its ok. A little lower than your typical Olive Garden. Small portions for the price. My son’s chicken was burnt and the side serving of chicken is pre-made frozen stuff – not worth it.
The gnocchi pesto sauce was good though!

Our server wasnt very attentive and sat down to roll napkins with their back to us – my son had to get up to ask for a refill of a drink.

The best thing we tried was the beet salad with goat cheese. The worst thing was the shrimp in the scampi. It was spicy and did not taste fresh. The chicken parmigiana was just average. Prices seemed a bit high for the quality of the food. We were the only people in the restaurant at about 1:30 on a Thursday. Our server was friendly but we had to track her down in order to get our bill.
