The food here is very good great prices. I eat here often. Would have given 5 stars but I ordered food from there recently, a lady took my order I left out to my car came back for duck sauce and a man then greeted me. I asked for the sauce and he replied, did you order from here. No I just stopped by for some duck sauce. Customer service could be better.

Badly maintained outside but not trashed.
Clean and quiet dining area, fair food, slightly smaller portions and polite staff
Would recommend if you’re looking for a quick bite and don’t want too much food.

I never noticed this place was here. I always thought it was a run down building. The pink paint on the outside seems old, and some of the outside benches are completely bent. However, the interior was low budget, but fairly kept. Some stains on the windows, but not a single piece of anything on the floor and all tables and seats were clean

My food was quickly delivered to me in just a couple minutes. The portion was slightly smaller than other places. I tasted all food independently, all were good except the rice which seemed a bit off. The white sauce was slightly watered down but managed to maintain most of its flavor. My Mountain Dew was perfect. In some places sodas taste syrupy…

The gentleman who took my order was way too serious. When I asked for a drink with my order he said “Tea?(?)” twice. I didn’t know what I was hearing (T, tea, two) so he just gave me a cup of ice to serve myself some tea. When I noticed the drink fountain was behind the counter I asked for a soft drink. Although serious, he was very polite all around and even said “Thank you” after serving my drink.
Ambience: 95%
The place is absolutely quiet apart from the far away sounds of the kitchen machines. Ceiling fans were silent and no music was playing. I could hear the laugh of staff in the back, but didn’t last long.

I love the chicken but when you order and pay for 50 pieces which costs about $76 and only receive 25 is very disheartening and I will get all of my funds back by disputing with my bank. I order here very often because I am obsessed with the chicken it’s almost insane how I can eat 25 by myself- hence why 50 was ordered in the first place so I could share. I absolutely could not share because it’s my favorite and I already spent almost $80 to treat myself and the rest of the family starved for the night….

I would give this place no stars if I could cause the Customer Service is absolutely horrible! Do not get your food here. I ordered 3 plates I got charged for 4. I called and asked for a refund on the plate I didn’t order and for the chicken that wasn’t put on my chicken and shrimp order even said I’ll come up there to prove it’s wrong was told it’s basically our problem since it’s been paid for. My boyfriend was hung up on but I called back to talk calmly and he got an attitude with me! I just wanted my missing food and a refund for what I didn’t order. Told me he’s been open for 20 years with no complaints but when I looked through the reviews this has happened before! This is ridiculous, I wanted simple things and got met with such disrespect. Never coming back to this place ever again!!!!!!
