Always great food and service. Its my go to for sushi and the nigiri has good size pieces. They have the best spicy tuna roll and get the spicy octopus roll too.

Hana Sushi is a gem of a neighborhood spot in Bothell that always delivers a solid sushi experience. It’s cozy, welcoming, and has the kind of vibe where you can tell they’ve got a loyal following of regulars – and for good reason.
We made a same-day reservation for dinner, which I highly recommend since it gets pretty busy in the evenings. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout. If you sit at the sushi bar, you can have a fun view of the chefs in action.
We ordered three rolls – the TNT, Main Street, and Paradise. The TNT was the standout for me because of the flavor and right amount of spice. We’re big fans of salmon nigiri, so we also got six orders (yep, 12 pieces total); it was fresh, buttery, and absolutely delicious. Prices for full rolls are right around average for the greater Seattle area.
If sushi isn’t your thing, they also offer a good selection of appetizers and other dishes. Whether you’re popping in for a casual dinner or date night, Hana Sushi is a dependable, tasty option in Bothell that’s worth checking out!

Ate there again while furniture shopping in Bellevue. Whidbey Islanders with our daughter now living in San Francisco were looking for sushi before returning home. Chose this known excellent choice on our way. Super great service and excellent chef’s choice sashimi, edamame, Bothell roll, of course and a couple nice glasses of water and white wine. We love this creative high quality friendly option!

Hana Sushi is unique in a sense of representing a true Japanese restaurant. I have been in Japan for several years and it was hard to find a restaurant in the US with vibrant, service and food similar to a great restaurant in Japan. Hana Sushi is it.
The setup, decoration is simple and classy. The service is polite and nice. The food is very authentic. The price is reasonable.
Highly recommended for those looking for a true traditional Japanese restaurant. You won’t be disappointed.

We loved this place! The sushi was super fresh and delicious, and the service was so warm and friendly. They even treated us to ice cream at the end, which was such a sweet surprise. Definitely coming back!

We’ve come here almost once a quarter for the last five years. We love that it is a local and authentic sushi restaurant. The restaurant has been around for couple of decades and the owner is still making food behind the counter. We love the rolls, but nigiri is where it’s at. I typically order the chirashi bowl with fresh cuts of the day and my hubby usually orders a couple of rolls but mainly nigiri pieces. We’ve gotten the omakse in the past, but because it’s a smaller restaurant with only two chefs, they were very slow to come out.

This is a great Sushi restaurant. Comparing to its nearby competitor, which is a fast food style restaurant: though the piece is little bit higher, the food quality and atmosphere is way better.

My favorite sushi place! Friendly people and a cozy atmosphere. I especially love the complex flavors of each roll. My favorites are the spicy salmon roll, ninja roll, dragon roll, and tuna sashimi.

Really great place for a special birthday dinner. We had a some appetizers, deluxe sushi platter, and two kinds of rolls. $75 for dinner for two which was a great price. Lovely atmosphere, excellent service, and the food was delicious. Very glad we found this spot.

I was very happy with the Hamachi Kama. This is probably one of my favorite Japanese dishes. We got lucky and got the last one. I usually like soft shell crab tempura. I didn’t like theirs. It was too heavily breaded for me and already chopped into small pieces. Miso soup was very tasty. I usually like seaweed and mushrooms in mine. There weren’t any in the miso soup.
