I brought a veggie patty 12 inch sandwich
I kindly asked may you also add tuna into my order. Half extra meat/protein is $2 extra. She claimed she added 5 scoops. Which she didn’t AND she charged me $3.20 for tip WHICH I DID Not AGREE. I informed her i didn’t agree to these tips and subway policy is $2 for extra meat not $5 FOR TUNA!. In total my sandwich came out to almost $25 ! I could’ve gotten 2 separate footlong sandwich for the same price. When I confronted the lady about it she blamed it on me saying i clicked on the tip option which I DID NOT! Be very careful and read your receipt.
ALSO theres 2 bathroom. I asked can i use the bathroom she gave me the code. IT STINKS and the water dont even work. See it for yourself, i promise you they’ll give you an excuse not to use the bathroom vs them fixing it

Good Quality Food, friendly staff and cleanliness is maintained. No Subway owner in the world can source any ingredient from any 3rd party distributor. No one is authorized to do that. All these people are racists who talk BS and will still go to eat there.

Absolutely terribe Subway. Ordered a “titan turkey”, which barely contianed any meat. Sandwhich was made completly wrong, and to top it all off, my wife bit into a giant hair that was buried in her sandwhich. There’s literally a Subway on every corner, stay away from this disgusting location…

I’m only giving a star because google forces to rate at least one star. But I went to this location this morning. I waited for someone to come to the counter, then an Indian lady comes and starts to take my order, it was hard to communicate first of all, then she was able to make my sub, looked delicious and when I was finally about to pay, their POS (point of service) to pay with debit was not even powered on. Then she’s very confused and lost as to what’s happening and as to why “I’m not paying” when I’m trying to tell her that the card scanner is NOT even on.
Then she calls someone and gets on the phone for about 6 mins, while I’m waiting and so is another customer. Then she asks “No cash?”
Lady if I had cash I would’ve paid cash from the beginning!
Then she said “wait I call someone” when she had already wasted my time while she was on the phone. So I simply left.
I was very upset cause that was going to be my entire lunch for the day, thanks to this inconvenience I won’t be returning to this location. I don’t understand how you open up the shop without checking your system first.

Worst Subway ever!!! And I like Subway. I ordered a tuna sandwich but wasn’t able to see the meats or cheeses as they were preparing the sandwich – there was a metal door covering these. Once the worker began adding veggies, I noticed how little tuna she put on the sandwich. You could barely tell there was any tuna in the sub. I don’t recommend visiting this facility.

We have come to this location in the past a nice lady normally is taking orders. Today I came in and the male employee taking our order was acting rude and seemed like he was intoxicated. He was speaking loudly and kept saying things under his breathe and was moving with little coordination. He put an insane amount of Mayo on one of our sandwiches.

Terrible, Terrible and overpriced!! This Subway DOESN’T accept coupons and bread was stale!
Didn’t know what a Ham & Cheese melt was. Black forest ham WAS NOT black forest ham!! It tasted like spam, NEVER AGAIN!! Go to a corporate owned one. At least they know their products!!

This is the last Subway you want to visit,

1) ever subway is different and go by their own rules, they do not follow corporate guidelines

2) this subway does not honor any type of coupons or promotions- they have a sign

3) they out source the meat to save money, they get cheaper versions, so you really don’t know what you’re getting or from where

4) aside from giving you cheaper meat, they only give you two extremely thin slices per 6 inch sub!

I was amazed and looked up subway guidelines and it says 4-6 slices per 6inch sub

FYI: Subway is one of my favorite places for lunch but by all means find a different location. It will be worth the drive

Never coming back here again. Only one employee working with a child in the backroom crying and complaining. The child also went to the back counter to talk to the Indian lady which is very unsanitary. Bad customer service she didn’t even place any sauces on my sandwiches and as soon as I got there she asked for my name. And she thought I was lying about my name and needed to see my card. Like I paid online already what more proof does a person need I clearly saw the receipt with my name on it and she had the audacity to ask and look at my credit card.

I got charged extra for a topping I did not order and was not put into the sandwich. When I returned back to the store, both female employees did not want to give me a refund for the sandwich I purchased, I also asked for both the employees names and they both refused to give me their names. When I asked the employees to write their names on receipt, they refuse and instead gave me this..the entire time I was there, there was an abundance of other customers waiting to place their orders.this was at 2:24 in the afternoon. Both of the employees chose to not give me a refund and the Hispanic employee chose to ignore me while I was trying to get a refund. And also did not give me her name.
