The staff has been pleasant most of the time. The food is good and prepared well. My 4 stars is for the app, which I know they can’t control. It doesn’t work half the time so you can’t use the deals or correct rewards. And the hours for this location are incorrect for some days so it doesn’t work at all then.

DQ in Dawson in the morning is a joke. We ordered 2 hash browns and 1 biscuit and gravy and it took them probably about 10-15 minutes to get our food. 2 different people have already ordered their food and got their food before we even got ours. When we did get our food the hash browns weren’t even freshly hot. They were warm and for the long wait you’d expect they’d been just cooked and hot

Yesterday we ate here after a day on the lake. The man taking our order was friendly. While it took awhile to get our food and the tables could’ve been cleaned, the food tasted great and the man bringing us our food was polite. He invited us to come back and told us to have a good day.

Normally enjoy my experience while dining but this morning was nothing short of a joke. Orders backed up, front line seemed to not know what she was doing, food was in the order ready for a long time before she got it ready, cold once we did get it after waiting for 20 mins.
