This place is stealing customers’ money. $47 for a Margherita pizza? The most basic pizza in the world; tomato sauce, mozzarella, and basil, and you’re charging $47? A 24″ Hawaiian is 10$ less.
The employees were nice, and this isn’t directed at them, but this needed to be said. This price is outrageous. I understand inflation is high, but can we at least afford a reasonably priced pizza for the weekend, or are we expected to start making our own?

I have been getting pizza from here since 2016 when I moved to Redmond and it was my favorite hands down. Everything was correct and the pizza was worth the price. However the last two times I’ve ordered- and spent over $50– the pizza was burnt on the bottom, definitely left in the oven too long and it was missing one of the toppings I ordered. It also seemed like it was missing something as it was more bland than usual- like it needed more salt. I was really disappointed- this is my favorite pizza… but not anymore. I will give them one more shot though. I will definitely be picking up from now on since I have been doing delivery so I can check my pizza before I take it home…

Average pizza, poor service and minimum atmosphere. I asked them what slices they have ready. He said these three on the menu. I then waited 15 minutes before I had to run catch my flight. No pizza. When someone asks for ready slices they are typically in a rush.

We order from here and eat here all the time. Usually everything goes just fine. But today I called and was put on hold by a girl for over 3 minutes, I could her her talking to a coworker. She forgot about me. I called back 2 more times to finally get my order in, it was 330. I ordered for my pizza to be ready at 630. I walk in at 630 and my pizza wasn’t ready. The girl had more clue what she was doing. Then another man came in and his order was also not made. We were quite upset. Then when are order was finally ready, they didn’t even know we also wanted a salad. These kids think it’s a party and not a job! Get your staff in order!

I’ve tried two pizzas here but found them both to be pretty mid. Decent but nothing exciting. I prefer a “crispier” pizza.
They do have a good amount of toppings though, and it’s a good option if you need an enormous pizza to feed lots of people (or yourself for a week).

Good pizza, if you can get what you ordered. Their staff seems exceptionally dedicated to making you the wrong pizza. I have a solid 70% success rate with the correct pizza getting delivered. Had, I should say – I’ve given up on this place. With my most recent and final order, they made and delivered the wrong pizza. Then after saying they would remake my pizza, they proceeded to say that they don’t have access to delivery due to their website working with Doordash, so I’d have to pick it up. If I had wanted to pick up pizzas, I would have driven to the store and saved myself the $25 in delivery fee and tip.
Bottom line: 1) Order for pickup only. 2) Inspect your pizza before you leave the establishment. 3) Be ready for it to be wrong.

I’ve had Cibellis before and I really enjoy their pizza. I just bought an Uni pizza oven and wanted to make my own. I stopped by and asked if they sell their dough so I can make pizza at home and they said yes, so I got three balls of dough went home and had fantastic pizza. The guys are friendly and I’ll definitely be back for more.

It’s absolutely insane I am waiting almost 2 hours for a pizza. You guys really need to come up with a better system. It should never take this long. Very frustrating ordered through door dash and I called the store they told me one thing , the dasher is telling me another. Regardless I’ve picked up pizzas before and you guys have people waiting an absurd amount of time for a pizza. Especially for the price.
And to comment back to your review. This is how it always is. Every time is is an absurd long wait. And as for you checking my page & reviews, I review places in a positive way when they deserve it. If you did your homework at looking at my account you would see that.
Your workers said nothing about fire fighters. They said people left early. Don’t try to make your self look good because you got a bad review. Your workers were lying to me about the wait time. Simple as that. Do better.
