I am a courier.
Been waiting 15 minutes for customers order.
I am told by staff that the order hasn’t been started because they prioritize walk in and drive thru customers above courier orders.
Because apparently the customers ordering for delivery don’t deserve quality service and their money is not the same as the drive thru customers.
This is not only disrespectful to the customers but also to the couriers whose time they deliberately waste.

Imagine Raymond from Rain Man, expect he’s awful at math and can’t read. Apparently that is everyone who works at this location. They almost always forget an item or two but this past visit they forgot most of the items and got the few items they presented wrong. I have no idea how the GM of this location hasn’t cleaned house yet. The one good thing here is if you order it on UberEats you will always get a full refund.

They never have any of the new item releases, despite the menu being updated. Some machine is always broken, or they’re constantly out of stock. The value items, while I get are a “value”, are put together poorly and practically fall apart when you unwrap them. The management at this location needs to get it together.

This Plymouth Taco Bell has it all over the one on Ann Arbor Rd. In Plymouth. Service is much better and faster. Even the food seems better. Even though the one on AA Rd. Is closer to me, I go to the one on Main (Plymouth Rd) and Lilly! It’s worth it!

I placed a mobile order at Taco Bell and went inside to pick it up. My food was sitting on the mobile pickup shelf, but no drinks were with it. I waited 10 minutes to ask the employee for my drinks, and when I finally did, she was rude, texting on her phone, and gave me the wrong drink and size. I had to ask again to get it corrected. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.

This is the worst and slowest taco bell in the area. I have had to wait in the drive through line for over an hour at least four times and there is no way to back out and leave if it is taking too long. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. PLEASE GO 2-3 MILES OUT OF YOUR WAY FOR A BETTER TACO BELL

The other day I jogged to Taco Bell from my job at Plato’s Closet down the road during my break and since I had to pay with cash and I came during rush hour it took a bit for my food to get out so when I received my food I had to book it back to work so I’d clock in on time I asked if I could come back later for my drink because I couldn’t run with a drink in my hand but instead they offered to DRIVE MY DRINK OVER BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, HELLO??? I’d been there like 2 other times before and both times staff was nice and one of the guys working there even pronounced my name correctly first try (usually people butcher it).
